My husband has gotten sick from your food I can’t tell how many times. He grabbed a breakfast sandwich last Friday (6/20) morning and 48 hours later he’s sick with a full on head and chest cold.
Someone isn’t washing their hands or what. The sanitation of your food area should be looked into by the health department

More often than not the car wash is broken. Sucks to have to drive around the building and nearly pull into the payment spot until the sign is visible

Most Kwik Trip I’ve been to all the employees are so helpful and friendly. This location if you come on the wrong day the employees and manager there are rude and no customer service oriented. They don’t greet and just walks right by you when you are trying to ask them for help or trying to get their attention. They have the rudest attitude. The lady I try to talk to today was a brunette, older mid aged must be a manger or shift lead but didn’t catch her name. Just the rudest attitude. The employee I try to talk to seemed uncomfortable, she must’ve been shy and just walked away after I asked her a question as well. Therefore I asked the lady who walked past the counter to the registers. Mid aged brunette, If you are having a bad day leave it at home. Another event was an older lady at the register. That’s another story!

Usually pleased by how well the kitchen staff do.. but i did not get these expecting them to be empty taco shells.. maybe at least a scoop of meat in them. All I ask is please make sure we’re not paying for tortilla chips when expecting little tacos.

Ordered ahead for a hot meal on my way home.My order was for 615 pm pickup. I arrived at 614, grab my food and leave only to find out my HOT pizza was cooked ahead of time and ka bi longer HOT it's not even warm. Had probably been sitting there since before 6pm judging by the lack of HEATPic attached of a BARELY like warm pizza.I also got a frozen pizza as well. Which by the feel of it it's been sitting outside the freezer for at least 30-45 minutes.Completely disappointed in Kwik trips service.

FRAUD ALERT On 3 separate occasions, both myself and my husband have used cards to pay INSIDE and within days of not using those cards elsewhere, extra charges showed up in our accounts. We were able to get it stopped with our bank, but were never able to get that money back. Kwik Trip Neenah needs to do some serious looking into of their employees.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Noah! We had a flat tire today and someone called the store concerned about us in the parking lot. He came out to give us a hand even though we let him know we had someone on the way to help. He had it half done by the time my dad came to help. Thanks for being great Noah!!
