Let me start out by saying I have been using this pharmacy since Shopko's pharmacy closed and I typically do not have bad experiences.
However, today (4/27/24) I arrived in the drive thru around 12:40 (20 minutes before they close for their lunch break) and there was absolutely no one there. The computers were shut off, which was a pretty good indicator to me that they were closed. However, what frustrates me is not that no one was there. It was the fact that the curtains were open and there was no sign or anything explaining that they were closed. So I sat there. I used the call button, which didn't do anything for me, I called the pharmacy to see if I could get through on my phone and nothing.
I try to be an understanding person, but it's rather rude to not post any sort of indication that you are not open. I totally understand that maybe they were short staffed and needed to close early, but please make it apparent so people aren't sitting in the drive thru trying to get help.

Go elsewhere for your scripts, over charging breaking boxes for insulin pens. Big FDA no no. Contacted corporate, office had a very nice conversation with the fellow.
Canceled all my scripts through this company they make up new rules daily. Bunch of idiots working this location.

My son's prescription was sent in Monday. I received a text saying they were working on it. He had a few days left so I waited until Thursday and the automated system said it was out of stock before but they're working on it and it'll be done by 4. I never got a text saying it was ready but he still had a day left so I figured I didn't need to bother a person until the next day. Called Friday and the automated system said again that it had been out of stock but it'll be done by 4 so I talked to an actual person just to see if it was in stock today or if it was on back order so I could be proactive and call other pharmacies so they didn't have to. I was being kind and patient with them because I know ordering issues aren't always their fault. As soon as I mentioned I was calling to see if it was in stock the tech sounded like she wanted nothing to do with the call and just talked over me and said I can talk to the pharmacist if I want because she can't see the order for the day. I said sure...and although I was upset with how she talked to me I remained nice because people have bad days. The pharmacist answered and was even ruder than the tech. The call ended with me not even knowing if the medication is in stock or when it would be and I feel guilty for calling and like I was a big inconvenience. I will be switching to a different pharmacy after today's interaction.

Plan on packing your own groceries because they only have one check out lane open regardless of how busy they are and last Sunday they didnt have any cashiers working at 9 am. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacy at the Pick N Save in Neenah just provided the absolute worst customer service and care during my latest attempt to see if my prescription was ready for pick up. The woman stated that my prescription was on back order and would not be delivered to the store anytime in the near future. When I went there yesterday to check on my prescription they told me they would be able to fill it today which is why I called. When I tried to ask a question the woman kept talking over me saying the same exact thing and would not let me finish. my question was whether or not they would need to cancel the prescription on their end for it to be placed somewhere else but instead she said "have a good day" and proceeded to hang up on me. i understand staff is low and pharmacies are getting hit hard but thats not a reason to mistreat me or talk over me or hang up on me when im trying to ask a simple question. I will no longer be a customer of this store for groceries or my medications because I refuse to be treated so poorly when I was just trying to ask a question about what to do. Unreal.

The actual worst. Two different doctors of mine, who didn’t know each other, refuse to deal with them as of this month. They have complained to me and collected statements among their staff about abusive, confused, unprofessional, and incompetent treatment from this location specifically. They like all my pills to come from one place, but decided last month it was worth it to not offer Pick N Save to other clients either and to leave a bad review for those in charge of the facility too. Why? Following is part personal experience, but I got the same details from complaints from my doctor and staff without sharing my own. My experience echoed theirs: cursing, cutting off calls and questions, name-calling, condescending lectures, and disdain of nurses, doctors, even the state. Some seem to carry this verbal abuse to their colleagues behind the counter in public.“Assistance” I’ve pried from the haughty, dismissive, or ignorant staff members is contradictory, partial, or confusing, which when you’re a patient with walkers and transportation issues means days or weeks of costly trips to the pharmacy as they drag their feet, go “I dunno”, give opposite answers depending on the worker, don’t listen, lose records and mess up paperwork to docs and the state, and lie about it.If you call with questions and get certain employees, you’ll be the target of anger, impatience, dismissal, condescension, and for a sharp tongue to scold you on how your “meaningless” issue stopped them from the pharmacy version of curing cancer. If they can’t interrupt you into silence, they’ll hang up. The more authority they feel, the more confidently incorrect, not confirming things with the insurance company, the doctor, or asking a colleague but just stating you’re out of luck. I’ve paid $20 for an Uber on absolute assurance my medicine is there and it’s not. Days in a row this happens.I can’t tell you how often I’ve heard the bad service excused because “it’s swamped”, or blamed on “too much turnover ” even though most employees are always there and far from everyone is rude. I’m a customer, not visitor from corporate, I don’t need to hear a trainer or supervisor rattle off angry excuses about how hard their day was or why before treating me with basic competence. I want my rxes and I want my doctor not to call ME to commiserate how lousy my pharmacy is and how fast I should find a new one.
