Very nice selection and variety of different sauces and seasonings. And staff here is outgoing and helpful. Just a great place to shop and know where to find the groceries you typically shop for in a timely manner.

We are shopping more then 18 years at Pick n save. Lisa ( Manager) at Fox point Plaza, Neenah was very rude and started yelling when I ask her a question. Even her crew members doesn't like the way she was talking to customer.

Got every thing I needed, except I had a bagger leave right in the middle of bagging my order - 2/2/24, after 5pm. Cashier looked clueless on what to do. Apparently he had to do an alcohol sale, but it’s obvious that these workers are stretched thin. Hire more people, or at least if you have to do something else, finish what you started first. The customer you’re taking care of initially is the priority.

So for the most part, this store is just fine. Many of the employees look like they just walked out of their vampire zombie closet....drained and no energy. One thing that really bothers me about this store is the habitual lack of hand baskets. This is not an occasional thing. I come here about 3 or 4 times a week and most times (at least 75%) there is one hand basket at the far entrance and maybe a couple on the register side (but normally none). Where are they?? Why do you not have baskets at both entrances stacked 5 ft tall like other stores? I watched numerous customers today fumbling with 5 or 6 items in their arms because there are no baskets. Can you fix this please? It's been going on for over a year now.

I'm convinced this store has no baskets, have been here dozens of times and literally never seen a basket at the entrance once.

First I went to the Commercial St location at 4:30pm today to pick up some soup and freshly cooked chicken from the Deli. Soup bar was already shut down and all that was left in the hot food case was some old, burned macaroni and cheese. So I went over to this location at Fox Point Plaza and they had already shut the whole case down there was zero hot food. Guess I will be going to Festival Foods from now on.

Grocery stores Make 1 To 3 percent profit on any item sold, so, to make a profit. You have to sell in volume If I enter the grocery store in produce, expecting to have a handheld basket available And it's not there, I'm certainly not gonna go to the other side of the store and grab a basket as suggested by one of your employees or go outside again. walk halfway to the other entrance to grab a cart. The basket should be there, you know? Where the empty basket holder is located near the door in produce if I don't have a basket. I'm gonna walk through the store and shop for what I can carry. Which means I'm gonna buy less. So having a basket helps to sell more. Get the connection? It is sheer laziness that your employees can't bring the baskets from the checkout area to where the people start shopping I don't know where in America people start shopping by the checkout first? nobody does that. My mom growing up always started at the produce section, which I'm sure is where all of your Mother's did too.The boss sandwich I venture to guess makes a higher profit than three percent. You do like to sell those correct?? In order to sell them, they have to be in the deli counter. You should never run out of them. People have come to expect them, and they come to the store just for them. If you don't have them, it's a big huge disappointment so I would suggest that you let your deli know that if they run out. Don't just shrug shoulders and say oh, we're out.sorry Have your deli people make more when they run out. Otherwise, people will not come there to buy the boss sandwich Because it's inconsistently available. Why would I take the chance if I don't think it's gonna be there? Remember there, are 2 pick n'' saves. One festival foods, one walmart, one Aldis within 4 minutes of my home in Neenah that's a lot of competition. You might want to put a little pep your step management.

This just is the worst store in the area. For some reason, these dummies put all the baskets by the exit, not the entrance. A worker told me that it's a shorter walk for the, evidently, lazy cashiers and baggers. And the go- getters in management are just chill with it.So stupid, top to bottom
