I don’t know how to use digital on my phone. The clerks used to do the digital price adjustment for me when I checked out. I was there on Friday and was told by the person behind the front desk that corporate no longer allows them to do that, so if you don’t have it on your phone, you don’t get the sale price. Guess I won’t nor wish to shop there any longer. Festival will my store of choice. I’m elderly and I feel discriminated against.

I had some night manager follow me around and pester me about water on the bottom of my cart. Same manager another day, refused to honor a mislabeled item price and acted like I was stupid for not reading it, despite Wisconsin law requiring them to honor the price of a mislabeled item, while being curt and discourteous about it. I usually live pick and save, this was very unfortunate recurring interaction. Now I just refuse to deal with the manager when she follows me around and bothers me.

My wife and I feel lucky to have this store so close to home. It's bright, well-lit, and cheery. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We enjoy shopping there and are always on the lookout for yellow tag deals, which are hard to pass up. The produce, deli, floral, meat counter, and bakery sections are all clean, well-stocked, and taken care of. We buy most of our groceries at this great local store.
