June 9 at 5:15 pm called to ask why $125 is pending on my account when I used my card. I may have sounded a little upset, but that is no reason to respond poorly to my question and call me honey. All she managed to do was make me angry. I guess if you call to complain, ask for the manager as the person who answered the phone doesn't know anything. I guess it's true, good workers are hard to find.
Thanks for the response. I was more concerned about the person who answered the phone and not knowing the answer. She needs a little more customer service experience. I can totally understand that it is the financial institute that is causing the hold.

Do not gas up at this location. They are ALWAYS $.10-$.20 more per gallon than anywhere else in the Fox Valley. Also, this is just another Shell station that doesn’t have properly functioning credit card readers. she needs to invest in replacing these because it’s been an issue for a couple of years now. Either they don’t work at all or they’re ridiculously slow. Usually, they just don’t work.

Car wash that we pay $35/mo for sometimes not working correctly. We loved when car wash had card (no glitches), didn't charge for vacuum and you had a post office. .... update they raised the carwash to $40/month geahhh

The girl behind the counter cant sell stamps because the drawer is locked? C'mon shell!All gas stations sell stamps, especially 1 with a post office connected to it! Company or attendant dropped the ball. Oh, no sugar-free cough drops either. Other than that, clean station, if ya dont need anything other than gas.
