Ruff house is truly the best. We mostly book for overnight stay when we travel out of country and my dog is always so happy to go. He doesn’t like to leave us (like every dog I guess!!) but when we say “Ruff house” he gets exited and we feel comfortable leaving him for a few days at Ruff house. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby.

Dogs are always happy to go here! They come home tired and sleep. Staff keep an attentive eye on them and I always get a report card / notes on anything I ask about. On site store for dog toys and food as well

Made a reservation more than a month ago for our dog to be kenneled without being part of the general population and we told it was set. Reservation was refused today because dog was too scared. Said not enough staff to care for him and keep him out of the general population which had been originally agreed to. Vacation starts in one day and we are now scrambling to find care or will need to cancel vacation. Do not trust what you are told here. We were told one thing and now we are finding out that was completely false. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust this business!

This was my first time there because I'm going to be taking my fur babies there and I wanted to check it out. All the people seem very nice, it's a nice sized facility. And I'm looking forward to bringing my pups there for grooming.

This place is amazing! The pool, the care and love my fur babies get. The staff is amazing and so caring! I’m leaving my doggies for an extended stay of 10 days and I feel confident that they will be loved and cared for. I highly recommend this place for boarding and day-care. There is no place like this in the Fox Valley

I've been taking my dog to Ruff House for grooming, daycare and overnight stays off and on for about one year. My dog loves going here, and the staff are always friendly and provide top notch service.

Take our pup in full of high energy, come out tired and relaxed, very happy with them, and the services they offer are great.

Our dog just needs to hear “day care” and he loses his mind. This place is clean, wears our dog out, and the staff is excellent!

We boarded our dog with the Ruff house for a week while we were on vacation. Their facility is beautiful and clean. No smells. They answered all my questions with such kindness and care. I even messaged after we got home with our dog with a question after hours. They responded almost immediately which I appreciated so much. We needed a place that could accommodate meds and the fact that our dog has seizures and the ruff house made our choice so easy. They have experience and it shows. My only complaint is that we only received one update while he was there. However we didn't ask for one either. We will be back.

We love the Ruffhouse and we have been going there for years. The staff is wonderful and always takes care of our dog, Arlo, as if he was their own. I love their knowledge about nutrition and the grooming is always so appreciated.

I have my 14 year old baby groomed here and they are wonderful. He is always a very happy pup after his appointments and I'm a very happy fur-mamma! I highly recommend the Ruff House.

Weve been bringing both our dogs there for about a year with boarding and grooming. A few weeks ago we had both of our dogs there for boarding for 2 nights. Zues came home with some discomfort immediately to which we thought was just playing too much at the daycare, so we didnt read too much into it. Within a week and a half, an infection had began under his right ear and spread to his face and neck. Upon seeing the vet they said its due to swimming in a pool with lots of bacteria. When I left a Vm to The Ruff House, about a previously scheduled grooming appt and mentioned it, no one cared to follow up about the infection. We were still going to go forward with the appt with our other dog and show them the picture and just warn them about their pool for other boarders, however I was 10 minutes late and then their staff called and was not going to budge and when I mentioned we wont be coming there again, also referencing our dogs infection, she sad Ok and hung up on me. I then emailed these details to them via their website as well as left them a voicemail to which one of their managers emailed me back, putting all the blame on me, saying I didnt ask for anything and that my behavior made their staff uncomfortable instead of offering any retribution or solutions. They also claimed my dog did not swim there, regardless he got sick after coming back from there. I want people to know that this business does not care or have any compassion about how their facility is affecting pets that goes there, and when we try to tell them, they have no interest in taking any accountability. They told me they hope I find another daycare for my dogs and that was it.

My 2 dogs had their first overnights stay. I was extremely nervous as I have never boarded my dogs before. They did an excellent job with keeping them happy and safe.
