“I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a confrontational employee at the Five Below in Neenah. However, I want to give this store 5 stars because of the manager’s, Donald, exceptional handling of the situation.
The manager stepped in immediately, listened attentively, and de-escalated the tension quickly and professionally.
Thanks to the manager’s calm and effective approach, I left with a positive impression.”

“AMAZING PLACE!!! If you collect LPS or Legos, COME HERE!!! I drove an hour 30 to visit this store and it was SO WORTH IT. The owners are incredibly sweet and sell LPS for really low/reasonable prices. The people there are super nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming! I got 14 LPS + a truckload of accessories for ~$100 (which is insanely cheap for HTF LPS compared to places like depop or ebay) -- I will definitely be coming back!
The only negatives I'd say about the products are that the things I've purchased were the dirtiest I've ever seen LPS get - But that's to expect from a 20 year old toy. But the owner gave me a freebie because it was so dirty - which just tells you how amazing customer service is. Make sure to clean your stuff once you get it.
Either than that, this place is awesome. Again, you're definitely gonna see my face again sometime soon! 😉”

“Build a bear used to be so much better before it got bought out/changed owners. Now its just a money hole where they charge you for everything under the sun, even the cub condos. One employee was trying to tell us the paper industry was dying and thats why they charge for the cub condos. The paper industry is not dying, Build a Bear just wants more money. It's not uncommon for companies to do this, its just disappointing. Theres no more bath for the bears, changing stations, or anything that helps kids bond in store. It's very transactional and thats it. We still love build a bear and my kids adore the bears, its more just from knowing what it used to be, its not nearly as amazing as it once was and I wish my kids got to experience it in its prime.”

“Very nice employees, but I ordered something for pickup that was supposed to be ready In 2 hours. I showed up 2.5 hours later and they didn’t have it. A little mishap but again the employees were very nice and made it right for me.

It’s easy to browse, and they always seem to have those hard-to-find items or cool exclusives that make shopping fun.
The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable—helpful without being pushy, quick to answer questions, and even threw in some great recommendations based on what we were looking for. They made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free, which is huge in a busy mall setting.
Whether you’re trading in old games, picking up something new, or just checking out the latest drops, this location nails it. Clean, welcoming vibe, and conveniently located near the food court—easy to swing by during a mall day.
