Closed for Colombus Day? Why not, it's not like you control the most important thing in everyone's lives, money. Go ahead and take another day off wells fargo, you certainly don't deserve it.

On 09/21/2023 at 9:24 am located at branch #0004131 07, Menash, I went to the counter inside the bank to make a $3,200.00 cash deposit into my checking account. I was greeted and served by Kristina. I had my monies, (100 dollar bills and 50 dollar bills totaling $3,200.00), in a white envelope. I took the money out of the envelope at the counter and gave it to the teller. She proceeded to turn around and, what I assume, put the cash into a counting machine. She then told me it totaled $2,400.00. To this, I was surprised, as the money was counted before being placed in the envelope at my home. (I also need to state that my husband, Adam, had counted the money and given it to me without saying how much was there.) I made a joke with the teller that my husband must have taken money out because there should be over three thousand. She told me again that it was $2,400.00. I joked that my husband must have taken money out before I got to the bank. I then asked for an email receipt and proceeded to leave the bank. After leaving, I immediately called my husband to confirm the total of what he had handed me. He said there was definitely $3,200.00, a mix of mostly hundred-dollar bills and several 50-dollar bills. (He is very busy at work so he wasn't able to respond to me right away.) I called the bank and was told by Adrianna, the manager, that she would make sure everything was checked, drawer counted, etc. I asked why my receipt shows the cash was only 100-dollar bills and not both 100s and 50s. I was told Kristina entered it in as 100s. When I asked why or how that works, I basically got a circle of incomplete answers. I was also told cash didn't need to be counted in front of a client. After a couple of hours, she called back saying there was no missing cash anywhere to be found but that the escalation team would still look into it. I did receive an email confirming it was escalated. Adrianna called me this morning, 09/25/2023 at approx 10:15 am to tell me after reviewing and searching everything they could, they still could not find my money. When asked to give this information/ result in writing, I was told I can only be given a verbal explanation.

Went into the drive through the person infrint of us was there for 10 mins before they got helped. We decoded to go in still too forever just to get 15 dollars. With one teller for drive through and one for the windows the banker just hides in the back. I wonder how they have money for improvements when there is such long waits and multiple 1 stars for this location

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for nearly 8 years. I mostly use the app and online services. The reason for that is everytime I go into this branch there is a new crew. When I started at that branch it seemed well staffed there was a coffee counter in the middle of floor and even though it was slow getting through the line. It seemed pleasent enough. over the years the branch could do less and less for me and I was referred to online services. I have only been to this branch 2 times in three years because of the poor service. I went in today because I lost my wallet. I brought in my soc. Sec. Card birth certificate and proof of address. With these items I was able to get my driver's license at the dmv and with less than that I was able to get a temporary replacement debit card from Prospera, until a new one could be mailed. Prospera is my other bank.Today there was no furniture or coffee bar in the lobby the place looks empty there are very few staff and even less cusomers.I was told I would have to go online to get a replacement card. I am in the branch, standing right there and they couldn't help me? After 8 years? No help for a lost debit card. The credit union right across the steet gave me a replacment temporary debit card and Alaina the manager couldn't help me? Not only that she had a terrible customer service approach. The place is practically empty and hollow sounding with only 2 other people present one customer and a teller, she stated that I needed to keep my voice down, i was communicating with the teller through plexi glass and she had he back turned to me while the manager called from the office to give her instructions to tell me that I couldn't be helped. I spoke in a volume for her to be able to hear me and Alaina was overly dramatic. After Alaina (I think that's her name) came out. I asked her 3 times for her name before she gave it to me. This branch needs to be shut down, it's had it's day.it is not going to recover because of terrible management and very poor customer service that never seems to end Oh, btw I was in Dallas a few weeks ago and visited a wells fargo branch, it was beautiful on the outside as well as the inside, they were very helpful. Neenah residents are not getting served well by this branch and haven't been for years. Wells fargo could do better.

Waiting for drive-up service is a horrifying experience. Whether they are busy or not it takes at least 10 minutes to go from telling the teller what you need to actually getting your money. If it weren't for being closest location to Oshkosh, I would never come back.

They refused to give me my currency as requested. I came to withdraw 3,500, I forget to let the teller know I wanted all hundreds( I usually get asked in other locations) she gave me 50’s as well. I asked to swap those out for 100’s. The. She stumble out we don’t have anymore. Inside was closed so I just left. I really needed all 100’s

They never have many people working and they keep changing their hours. Also, the branch hours are not consistent from one location to the next.

The bank in Minneapolis has horrible customer service. Especially the managers! Typed in my online banking date wrong and accidentally paid a bill late. They will not wave my late fee. Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. I ALWAYS PAY AHEAD OF TIME AND EXTRA! But they don't care. Nor do they give you the appropriate amount of time to correct you mistake. GET REAL WELLS FARGO! RIDICULOUS!!!
