I had an emergency visit to this clinic on Sunday, May 1 at about 5 pm. I had a split lip that needed stitches. From the time I entered the building until I left, I was treated by every awesome nurse, doctor and staff member. It was amazing and so comforting to have such excellent care. Thank you SO MUCH for all you did for me.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. We’ve had to go to the urgent care before and they see us promptly. And, everyone in the clinic is so nice too! Highly recommend.

Came to this hospital twice for two different people. The doctor sucked didn't really know nothing. The nurses were rude. Over all don't go here if your sick . Never gave us anything to help with the pain or sickness we had. Ended up going to the hospital in black river falls where we got admitted for two nights.

Went in for severe pain and got no relief, was sent home with a medicine that clearly states can cause more issues for more than 1 of my medical health conditions. This medicine should help you in 2/3 days. I came in today for relief ,not 3 days from now relief. What a joke, eat your insurance up and do nothing for you.

My mother went here recently and was treated by dr green after becoming ill and testing positive for covid. She met ALL the qualifications to receive the monoclonal antibodies but was NOT given them. She passed away 6 weeks later from covid complications. No question that the decision not to give her the antibodies probably cost her life. Avoid this place if at all possible!!

The P.T department should have explained the cost of any additional therapies given for my back pain before proceeding. The bill was excruciating.

I was recently hospitalized with pneumonia. From my admission to my discharge, EVERYONE was so nice. My nurses, while being professional, were loving caring people. Dr. Cruz, Jan& Kristina, Ally, Mike, were great and made sure I understood how sick I was.Thank you for your loving, compassionate care.

If you would have asked me 20 yrs ago I would be suggesting a totally different hospital/clinic to go to, but through the years my trust in Saint Joseph, mainly their ER went way down. They sent me home saying there was nothing wrong with me. Next evening I felt the same way. We went to Memorial Medical Center this time around and good thing Dr Meyer was working in the ER as well as the doctor who initially saw me. I ended up staying in the hospital a few days. Also was seen in recent years in ER by Dr Cruz. She literally saved my life.Great staff of Dr's and nurses, great reception people.Also has Physical and Occupational Therapy.
