I purchased a replacement LD shaft for my 30+ year old Schuler cue.Thank you JCC for the upgrade to a Ultra Pro! My accuracy has improved & the shaft is more forgiving at 12.75 . I will be sending the butt in for a leather wrap & chip fill & Polish.

Theseus are really stand up guys!I have an older to Kobe black shaft that had a ding in it when I was at stage talk to Brandon he said the shaft is unfix able so he give me a brand new shaft for for a small fee!

I wanted Wisconsin made cue and decided on Jacoby, this is a beautifully finished piece of art and it plays fantastic. Shaft has excellent feel and works amazingly My first leather wrap which took a minute to get comfortable with but I love the look and feel. Ordered cue over the phone with Tony, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Shipped in one day which was awesome!Thanks for the excellent cue!!

These guys do great work. However sometimes, such as today they were not the friendliest of folks. Was just there to get a tip put on and get shaft reconditioned. Guy acted like it was a pain just to come out of office. It's real simple. If you don't want to do this type of service, don't do it!!
