10/10 experience with this Caliber location in New Berlin. The front office staff was quick to assist me and had all of my paperwork ready to go as soon as I arrived. Enterprise was already on site waiting to take me to get my rental as well. And the manager, Brad, took the time to walk through what I was looking for when I dropped it off, as well as reviewing what was done when I picked it back up. Quick and expert service!

I was impressed from the minute I walked into Caliber on National Ave. the receptionist was friendly and Caleb explained everything very clearly. He kept me informed of the progress with nearly daily updates. Our car looks brand new.

My experience was amazing. Caleb was so thorough and efficient... I had my estimate in minutes. And when the insurance company tried to drastically under pay, he went to bat for me and doubled what they originally offered. 5☆'s for sure!!

They did a wonderful job on repairing the front end of my car, returning it to factory finish. Color match and gaps are perfect! The interior looked detailed when they returned the car to me and they even buffed out a few scratches that were not in the repair area. I hope I don’t get in any more accidents, but if I do I know where I’m coming. Thanks again!
