11 year old siding starting to fail and shrivel and rep makes crazy claim about heat reflection on a side of a house with limited sun exposure in order not to payout a claim. This company doesn’t honor limited lifetime warranty. Choose another product if you can!In reply to Your response of reaching out to discuss.. it’s been 3 weeks and no response. Our products and installers came from Alside. Still have some issues such as trim and a seal issue, but over all very helpful and well done. Somewhat cold, but that changed when I was pleasant.

Incompetent staff. They will say anything to gain your business but never deliver. Full of excuses.They will take zero accountability for their failures. Zero responsibility for their actions.I had a horrible experience 5 years ago and stopped doing business here. Recently thought I would try them out again. BIG MISTAKE.Especially watch out for Mike. I thought he was going to physically attack me.

We purchased the Bay window through an independent contractor/installer and had some issues with lock mechanism and warped screen. We have called allsides numerous times, they do not return your call, all we want is for the lock and screen to be fixed. Poor customer service once the window is installed would not recommend using this company, no follow through.

Purchased a house with Alside windows. Not overly impressed with the windows BUT Brian at Alside in New Berlin is fantastic. He is so helpful and knows his stuff. He makes having the Alside windows worth while. Would purchase Alside products again just because of Brian and the New Berlin Supply Center.

I have a business account with the new berlin branch. I have been dealing with these gentlemen ever since I was a young kid helping my dad during the summers as far back as elementary school(turning 33 this year) IF and WHEN the customer service or product management falls short they do their best to make sure that I am satisfied... what people have to realize is that alot of the issues they are having with Alside are out of the employees hands.. They can only do so much. Someone getting upset and being course doesn't make the ball roll faster... just recently had a problem with windows coming the wrong size from the factory. They reordered them at no cost to me. Finally when they showed up roughly 3.5 weeks later they turned out to be the exact same size as the first mistake windows.. things happen and I get that... they have finally made them right and yes I realize it has thrown a big stick in the spokes but hey... life happens.. its all just a space in time.. now I will be able to pick up the right sized windows and make my window customers happy with the appropriate sized windows... THANKYOU GENTLEMEN YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST... THATS WHY I KEEP COMING BACK.... if something goes wrong they make it right... They know good business. A big thanks to Brian, the warehouse staff, and the main desk guys.
