Have gone to tire center Costco at New Berlin a number of times- they helped my cousin change all four of his tires and fit us in the day after despite having had appointments already set!
A brief unfortunate situation was my own car needing to be fixed for a leaky tire, the visit ended up taking almost 2 hours because the front desk looked at the wrong tire (I had confirmed with my boyfriend with me at the time that I said the correct tire location). So a visit that should have taken 1 hour is taking closer to 2.

Due to sub zero temperatures, my three month old Michelin tires I bought at Costco had low tire pressure, which requires nitrogen air. I was told they had free nitrogen filling outside of the tire center store. I got to the outside filling area before the 10am store opening, and I was unsure how use the pumps, because I thought it was like pumps at gas stations where you put filler right to tire stem, but nothing happened. A tire service guy came out before store hours and asked if I needed help, and he actually filled all 4 tires on my car. These pumps, unlike a gas station, have to be preset, per your car recommended pressure. My car needed 35psi, and the service guy set the pump at the required psi and filled all my tires. He was very helpful, and I thanked him several times . Next time, I need to fill my nitrogen tires, I will know how to preset the pump.

The price was great. Service was atrocious. Expect two hours or more, even with an appointment, poor communication, and upsells. Next time I need tires, I'll see if a legitimate tire ship will price match. Expected better from Costco

The tires were good. This was my first time using them. I heard from people that they always replace the tpms which cost extra without informing you. It happened to me as well and I paid $100. When trying to find out why, their employee was rude. Will continue to shop there but won’t be using their tire service.

This was the most disappointing tire experience I’ve had at any Costco. After arriving for my appointment, I was given a 1.5 hr- 2 hr wait time for getting the tires rotated. While disappointing, I can understand. At the end of two hours, I received a call that they had not yet even started work on my car and that it would take at least another hour. Spending nearly 3 hours of my day simply to have the tires rotated is frankly, slightly ridiculous. I think the people that work here are very nice. However, I just feel that they are either terribly understaffed or overworked and unable to cope at all with the volume. And, at this point, I will not be getting any tire work done at Costco.

Had an amazing experience at the Costco tire center this week. I had a wonderful man helping me with everything I needed. He was very kind. During our conversation he almost hit me with his chin like 20 times due to it being so unbelievably big. Overall 5 stars for my experience and will be coming back again.

I had a great experience at the tire center and everything was done efficiently and correctly! My only complaint was that one of the guys had an enormous chin and he hit my car a couple of times with it.

I will start by saying the tire staff is great and the price of my tires after discount was awesome. My huge complaint was the wait time. I had appointment scheduled at 2pm. I arrive at 145 to drop off, lady taking my truck said 1.5 to 2 hours and it will be done. So I do some shopping and eat at food court. I didn't leave costco tire center with my truck until 6! It took them 4 hours to install my tires! Manager did apologize for the long wait but gave no explanation to why it took 4 hours to install 4 new tires. I was really expecting alot better experience.

Do not trust their other services. I went through them for a bathroom remodel with Tundraland and I went with a higher quote for an extra panel, they were not able to do that and still charged me for the higher price. They also said it would take a day, maybe a day and a half but they did not finish for over a week so I could not use my shower for 8 days. They were not very organized and did not communicate with each other on what was left to do. Definitely do not trust them and check other places as well if you want to use their other services they offer

I generally like Costco and have always had good experiences there. This time, however, things were a little different. My wife needed a new set of tires put on her car, so we decided to buy them at Costco and have them put on there as well. When we first arrived at the tire center, there was no one as the desk. I found out that this was not at all unusual. Making it worse is that there was no way to alert anyone that we were waiting. The person who waited on us was polite and friendly, and the tires we purchased were reasonably priced. There was no charge for the installation either, which was terrific. Later that afternoon my wife picked up her car and on the way home, 2 of her wheel covers flew off. We never did find them. The remaining 2 were put on incorrectly and I was amazed they didn't fly off too. We never did find the ones that fell off. The following day we went back to Costco and complained. They told us we could buy a new set and bring in the receipt and they would reimburse us, which they did. We did not, however, get any compensation for all the time we spent making the return trip to complain, the time we spent getting a new set of wheel covers, or the time we spent going back a third time to get reimbursed. I would expect more from a company the size of Costco.

Had a little friend date night on Friday night that was filled with wandering around Costco, shopping for the house, snagging some groceries, and munching on a few snacks. I always love the service here! All of the employees are super sweet and helpful. The store is always spotless and very organized. We got chocolate covered strawberries for $1.50 a piece! What a deal! Best and cleanest Costco around

My new tires are awesome. I had a sensor that didn’t work after they were installed. I took my car back to get it fixed and they charged me for not one but two. When they called to tell me my car was done they never asked if they should fix them. I complained to say that they are the ones that broke the sensor when they installed my tires so they should be covering them. They were $45/sensor. In the end they ended up taking care of the cost but I had to really complain and state my case about not paying and they needed to cover it.
