The team at Envoy was kind and patient. They were very quick to answer any questions and give reassurance. Everything was explained very well. They were put under a lot of pressure because I found the house I wanted and they only had one day to get me a pre-approved.Then to really put them to the test, we closed exactly one month later. I would definitely recommend them.

Josh is truly a lender for the people. He helped us with a deal that was going to fall apart because our credit union couldn't secure us financing. He worked around the clock and got us pre-approved same day and then approved for closing. Without him and his team, I honestly believe we wouldn't have secured this investment property. He also took our calls and explained everything thoroughly. I had referred other families to him too and when he couldn't help them or knew of another lender they could do better, he referred them over. This shows me that Josh really does have his clients best interest at heart. This is all you can really ask from anyone, to look out for you. We are investors and will definitely be using Josh and Envoy again. You will not be disappointed with Josh. His service is top notch.
