Terrible. Stay far away from Sally Hanson. She is rude to her clients and to other agents. She boycotts specific home inspectors in her MLS listings. She does not allow the buyer to chose a preferred lender. She forced me to go with her local lender. I had to get an attorney to protect myself from her after she represented clients who lied on their condition disclosure form. She answered my attorneys written communication that was intended for her clients and did this without speaking to her clients (immediate assumption / defensive response) She lied to and about my agent. She said my agent does not know what she is talking about in front of several guests.at an open house: she was very loud and had slurred speech at a open house. She made a mistake on a contract. She called all hours of the night demanding an immediate response sometimes after 10pm.

I can almost duplicate the review from the previous post. Sally was rude, unprofessional and would add so much unneeded stress during a process that should be exciting. If I could give her a zero I would. I wanted to write this a while ago, but the stress thinking about the entire process would make my stomach turn all over again. We called to see a home and they came out to show us the house and that is when the nightmare began. If you want to enjoy the buying process stay far away from this team. You will save yourself a lot of headaches and rude emails that she will send at all ours of the early morning, telling you how you owe her so much for you working with her. Stay away is my only advice.

Sally and David Hanson made a potentially challenging real estate transaction into a genuinely positive experience. I needed to buy a home for my daughter, on relatively short notice, and was doing it from across the country. David was phenomenal in terms of taking her to see homes. He was knowledgeable and obliging in helping us appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of each property, including offering his insight into issues about possible renovations and improvements, and investment value. He was really helpful in finding the perfect neighborhood and property based on the description of our specific needs and ideal required attributes. More importantly, he was very insightful and helpful on specifics of security, safety, and other things that were important to me as a parent. Sally is "high-energy" for sure. She was masterful in the negotiations, and in getting our offer accepted on the terms and timetable we wanted. The fact that I was across the country meant that at times I needed extra communication, and Sally was incredibly responsive and willingly made herself available at a moment's notice -- often several times a day throughout the transaction. She was also instrumental in connecting us with multiple vendors to meet our needs including warranties and insurance, and various contractors and vendors for countertops, flooring, paint and hardware. Whenever I needed information I could depend on Sally to consistently respond promptly with solid, accurate and useful information. The bottom line is that Sally and David were incredibly accommodating, they really cared, and they made sure that this transaction was handled smoothly and easily from beginning to end. Frankly, that same high level of service continued well after the closing for various other pieces of information and questions I've had from time to time. I highly recommend them, and I genuinely value and appreciate their help.

We had the extremely unfortunate experience of working with Sally when buying our house. I can't explain the unneeded stress, over-complication, and unprofessionalism displayed by Sally. They were so rude to our agent who sold our house, our financial team, and everyone associated with this transaction. There is a reason she doesn't work for Shorewest anymore and is on her own. She would call our realtor and finance contacts in the middle of the night completely drunk and be so condescending to them for no reason. She actually told us we couldn't use our bank/lenders at one point and said we had to use hers (which is illegal) as she was probabaly getting a kick-back. It really seemed like she didn't want us to buy the house from her. I truly think she was waiting the former owner of our house to go into full foreclosure so the house would go to auction so they could buy or save for someone they knew. Well that didn't work out and we got the house but it was a terrible experience all around. Avoid these people at all costs!

Sally ghosts people without explanation if she considers them to be her version of rude (which is so warped!). And the ghosting is actually done FOR HER by her "assistant"! When I expressed concern about this she became pious beyond anything I've seen in a business professional. She is a condescending elitist. I'd recommend running fast and far away. She's not someone you ever want associated with you or your friends.

Real estate agents are not a rare group. However, once you’ve met Sally Hanson, you’ll know you have found the exception to that fact.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TWO! my wife and I bought a house that they had listed, and since I used to be a real estate agent I figured I'd act as my own buyer's agent and deal directly with them. Worst mistake ever! They are incredibly rude, condescending, arrogant, and outright lied sever times. They even tried to move the closing date to accommodate their own vacation, when THEY were the ones that suggested the date when we wrote the offer. The house seller left a piece of exercise equipment in the basement and after I said it was fine and we'd keep it they decided to give it to a contractor who did some work on the house - it was NEVER theirs to give away - that's called theft!!! They were even rude to my banker, who has over 20 years in the real estate business. He said he had never seen anything like these two pieces of garbage. I could literally write pages about how much stress and aggravation they caused us during a time that should've been one of the happiest in our lives. I truly can't believe they're still in business, I could not imagine worse agents. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE, ANYONE IS BETTER THAN THESE TWO. BEWARE!!!! Also, for refence, I'm now a manufacturer national sales manager, I know what I'm talking about when it comes to sales and customer service. I will never forget that living hell dealing with them and truly hope to save others from a similar experience. David and Sally - I hope you read this too - GOOD RIDDENCE, YOU MISERABLE PILES OF CRAP!
