Take 5 Oil Change in New Berlin offers fast and simple oil changes, aiming to get customers back on the road quickly. Services are performed while customers stay in their car and include windshield wiper replacements, air filter changes, coolant exchanges, and free tire pressure checks and fluid top-offs. Many reviews describe the staff as friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, with technicians who seem to know what they are doing and care about their work and each customer.
However, experiences can vary. One customer reported a problematic computer system and that tire pressure was not checked. Another reported a significant issue with pricing, where the quoted price was much higher upon arrival, leaving them feeling trapped. Although the originally promised price was eventually honored, the process was described as annoying, with coupon complications and unprofessional comments from a staff member. Some recommend finding coupons beforehand, noting prices weren't too crazy without them. For many, it is a recommended and efficient location they plan to return to.
So nice and so well taken care of as a customer. Immediately offered a cold water while I waited and actual oil change was fast and professional
