I don’t understand why a package will be at this place a week to 10 days just sitting there

When I called FedEx customer service I was checking on a package that was scheduled to be delivered to me. I think things could be better if customers were allowed to pick up their ground package from a FedEx store, depot or a FedEx hub versus waiting for FedEx to deliver it.

You people know nothing. The FedEx in Menominee Falls is 10x worse. Be happy with what you have. I used to live here, and I now rate it 5 stars. At least my packages usually got to my house.With Menominee Falls, your package wont make it 50% of the time. Count your blessings people.
