My package has been sitting in New Berlin, Wi for 3 days. This is not the first time this has happened! FedEx customer service is terrible and they do nothing to try and fix the situation.

Last few packages I recieved through FedEx arrived on time, although I was expecting my most recent one about yesterday and it still hasn't arrived yet and from what I hear about this place, I would honestly recommend mass firings and more strict hiring standards

My package has been sitting at this location for almost a week now! The stupid phone system will not let me connect with any customers service either.This is one of may issues that I have been constantly having with fedex and it’s looking like USPS and UPS are a better option for all shipments! FedEx’s packages are always late and never reliable or they get shipped to the wrong cities!

My package has been sitting in New Berlin, Wisconsin for 4 days. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Now the site says, delivery date is unavailable. Virtual customer service support is worthless. I have read that FedEx Smartpost is not a priority for employees and that it is processed when they get around to it. I guess it is true. I will never ship through Fed Ex. Terrible business practices.

Priority overnight shipped Thursday, finally arrived Tuesday morning. Zero purpose in using “priority” “overnight” if it’s going to show up 4 days later! Also good luck getting a rep on the phone, everything is automated.

Employees working here should expect less than 15 hours if part time and less than 30 if they get hired on as so called full time. New Berlin location might be in a death spiral.

Fedex website stated my package left this location on the 29th at 3:52. It is going to my home in St. Francis WI. Now it is the 31st, and there isn't a new update. It was supposed to be be delivered on the 30th. Now it the web site states the 31st. It shouldn't take 2 days to get to the next location. From New Berlin to st. Francis, it only takes about 30 minutes drive.What are they doing? Walking the package to the next location?Called corporate. They are no help. USPS, hell even UPS is much better.

Take into consideration that there are no van lines on the dock in this warehouse. That's at the Cudahy and Menomonee Falls facilities. That means local delivery drivers at this particular premise can't come here to pick up the packages and send them out. It is why you are not getting your package directly delivered to you ASAP if you live nearby. All of the packages that end up here are just being sorted from one semi truck into another semi truck. Then, they are taken to another facility to be sorted again. In this facility, the machinery is well up to date and maintained. Most FedEx Ground facilities are not well maintained and up to date. That means at this facility, your package is being handled more efficiently than other FedEx Ground facilities. This is written by a present warehouse employee.

FedEx is maybe the worst delivery service ever. My package was less than an hour from my home. Two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. Then it was sent back across the country and finally back. When I thought it would finally be delivered it ends up back in Missouri for the third time. And don’t even get me started on how useless the virtual assistant is. Out of 15+ tries I was only able to speak to a real person one time. Maybe the most unhelpful customer service assistant I’ve ever dealt with. FedEx is horrible avoid using them!

I gave one star because New York and Company emailed me an apology for FedEx being behind in delivering my packages; while I understand FedEx is short staffed calling, emailing or text messaging the customers and letting them know that their packages will be delayed.With the understanding that they are doing their best to deliver everyone's packages. Mine was shipped May 27th and was expected June 4th , it's still in transit which I'm trying to believe but because it's Monday June 6th, 2022 it's either sitting in the warehouse or truck or it's lost.So, I'm praying for this company as well as others and I won't be ordering from New York and Company anymore because of the constant delay:Jesus please provide employees with a better pay and benefits to get this job done we know that everything isn't related to COVID-19 but simply a lack of good workers.I thank you Jesus that in your time this will be better, Amen.
