I have only used the physical therapy services at Froedtert Reserve, but I have had only good, positive experiences with all the employees at that facility. From the receptionists, to the nurses and physical therapists, all have been excellent. I would recommend to anyone needing physical therapy or cardiac rehabilitation to check them out.

My husband and I received colonoscopies. Dr.Eichenseer was great. The team that worked with us was great and answered all questions/concerns. Everything was so fast and quick- would highly recommend if you’re debating getting a colonoscopy to get one here! Amazing staff, hope you enjoyed the Chick-fil-A :)

The creepy doc gave me a drawing of pain I was in, she said she submitted a prescription, next morning her secretary called me saying Doc denied prescription. Moorland Reserve is like playing Russian Roulette, I waited in a cold rm for one entire hour, for no reason.

Looking for a new primary I came here. I was treated like a fast food customer. They did the basics and just got me out of there. He dismissed my concerns and didn’t care enough to help me.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday to get our 3 day old daughters blood drawn to test for jaundice. The check in was great, the front desk receptionist was very nice. Once we checked in we went downstairs to the lab waiting room. The tech that called us back was obviously inexperienced with babies. I should have asked for a different tech when her phone went off in the lab and she proceeded to ask my husband to silence it for her. She had to prick my daughter 3 times to get a sufficient amount of blood for the vile and had more blood on her gloves than in the vile itself. This blood draw took a total of 40 minutes from start to finish. She was very messy and disorganized all together with her supplies to draw the blood. I had to hold back tears as my frustration was getting the best of me. I hope our pediatrician is able to get accurate results from the poor job that this lab tech did. We love Froedtert and have had nothing but the best care so far, but we will venture elsewhere if we need to get further testing done.

I came here for a DOT physical and drug screen, otherwise Ive never been here. Dr John Serrano is by far the worst person ive ever met. Im an extremely respectful person, quiet and shy. He was super judgemental and very dismissive. Called me a LIAR and said he didnt believe what i told him was true and he believes i have sleep apnea (without knowing me or asking) and therefore wants me to get tested for it and until he sees documentation from my doctor saying otherwise he wont give me a FedMed card for 2 years. I told him last time i got a DOT physical they didnt even mention it to me and said i was fine to drive and never asked me to get tested and he simply raised his hand and dismissed me. On top of it all when he handed me the paperwork he said ill see you in 6 months, i just laughed and told him you wont. Never ever ever coming back to this horrible place

I just got a positive result with my Cologuard test and I need a colonoscopy asap. Called to make appointment and was told it would be at least 2 - 3 months before I could get an appointment!!!! This is horrible customer service!!! Go elsewhere, Froedtert is really messed up!!!! Thanks Olivia, I already contacted Froedtert patient relations yesterday with absolutely no call back!!!! I have moved on from Froedtert instead of wasting my time! Got in with the best - GI associates ?

They have a horrendous doctor in the ER Dr Matthew D Dube that clearly discriminates against women and has a clear issue doing his job. He was vulgar and borderline combative. He was yelling at me from in the hallway where other patients could hear, mocking me, and telling me nothing was wrong with me. He refused further testing. He has a track record of doing this at other hospitals as well.

*Not even here for myself*Was here yesterday at 10:30am waiting in line to check in. Get checked in at 10:40, been waiting since then. I don't understand how urgent care can somehow be turned into a "maybe we don't care as much as the sign says" or turn it to "not so urgent care".After an appointment was scheduled and a 51 minute wait, we've got in! Make sure if you show up for your appointment you are prepared to wait for whatever is going on with you to get worse.

They charge the same for a phone call that I had push to get with my doctor as a regular in-person visit. Every time I've see my doctor there she was not very helpful at. She mainly just gave me common knowledge or recommended test that I've already had done. Another time, I went in to see someone, they recommended tests but never scheduled them or had some call me to schedule them. I ended up having to schedule them myself. I had to call back and forth about 10 times in order to finally get the tests scheduled. It has been so frustrating dealing with this health care clinic. They show no sense of urgency in helping me get the care I need in order to get better.

Hard to get into. Always a wait. See mostly nurse assistants or who knows because it's a holiday weekend. They don't take into account patient's past experience with same symptoms. $80 in copay's for nothing but resistance. Plus everyone moves in slow motion. Customer service is not for Froedert employees-- they think they already know it all and it's all about them. A waste of time and money. Third rate medical attention. But sometimes it's all you can get.

After suffering from a gnarly respiratory infection for the last five days, I decided I needed to be seen and gave this Urgent Care facility a try since I couldn't be seen by my regular primary care doctor. It was a good experience. I was able to make a "reservation" online and was escorted to a room within a few minutes of the estimated appointment time. Needing a chest x-ray and a couple of other tests, I was there a bit longer than expected, but everything happened like clockwork. The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Rachel, was excellent and a very good listener.

They have a blanket policy that discriminates against overweight people.Example: cataract surgeryWhich isn't impacted by weight like say a knee surgery would.
