I went to Granite Plus and explained that I did not want any seams. Due to my situation, seams were required. The counter was installed but the seams looked dirty. The counter was not set close enough to the stove, so they had to lift it after it was all installed and push it closer to the stove. The waterfall was not flush with the cabinet, so they had to install a "spacer" so there would be no gap between the counter and waterfall. One of the back splashes was too short so I had to wait for that to come in. When it was installed, they forgot to "grout" it and they said they would come back when they came back to fix the waterfall. Everyone who comes in says the seam look dirty. I was told that with white counter tops they are unable to make the seam disappear. I don't need the seams to disappear but if it looked white and not "dirty" I would be happy, but one of the owners said, "You can't make everyone happy." Plus I had to call 5 times to get someone out to look at the seams. I also had to ask them to take off the overcharge for the "no seams." I would never recommend them to anyone.

The owner of this company could not care less about her clients. When approached about an issue she was beyond nasty to me. She refused to listen to my issues and wanted only to tell me both myself and my plumber were in the wrong! I recommend this business to a friend who had damage done to their drywall down to the metal on the corners. BUYER BEWARE! The owner couldn't care less about you!

We had Kate help us with our kitchen remodel she was very nice and professional. When the cabinets were delivered, the sink base cabinet was missing, so we had to wait 1 month for them to remake and deliver it. When it came the cabinet was a shade darker then the rest of them, so we had to send one of the doors to our other cabinets and wait to have them made to match. But because of the missing cabinet they compt us the price of said cabinet and put it towards the countertop. When the counter and sink was installed the men who installed were Chavie and Tajmo and were very nice and helpful with any questions I had about the job. They did a really good job installing and I am very happy with the looks of my new kitchen.

Horrible experience coming from a licensed real estate broker, general contractor and owner of hundreds of door across the company. This was my worst experience in the past 22 years. I would not do business with them. The fabrication was horrible, multiple mistakes, cover ups and excuses. They quickly responded to the concerns however failed to address the issues and fix any of the work that was found. The kitchen corner was found to be glued on due to it breaking out and was never notified. The installers were horrible. I don't recommend this company!

Had a quartz vanity top installed and a shelf piece in family room. I believe a pretty basic installation other than tight fit between walls, it was executed flawlessly. From our 1st visit with Dominque, to Chavie who measured up project to installers today, 1st rate the whole way. Friendly personable people who were helpful and knowledgeable. I got some good tips to help me remove old vanity top which made it easier. On visit to house for measurements and todays install, they were very conscious of keeping things clean while on site. Windermere quartz looks fantastic, fit is perfect. Highly recommend Granite plus.

There was nothing pleasant about our experience with this company because we experienced far too many problems and zero accountability from the manager, Ashlee. First we ordered 2mm slabs for our backsplash which they assured us would be risk free even after i asked about any potential color matching issues to the 3mm counter slabs. Then of course, at the 1 yard line they told us the 2mm slabs in fact do not match the 3mm slabs. We planned our kitchen design around doing the 2mm so now we had to change all our window trim in order to accommodate 3mm on the walls. Then they put the wrong cut on our island edge and told us the day of install and said they would come back in 2 weeks to install it, no attempt to make fix it and get it back to us in a timely manner. We ended up accepting as is because we couldn't wait any longer! Then they cut the decorative piece for behind our range wrong and tried to shim up our counters to "fix" it!! unbelievable. Finally they admitted that they measured wrong and cut a new piece, but we again had to wait even longer. then they got silicone all over our brand new wallpaper when they were putting it up. Oh and, the counters are not equal on either side of the range and sink bump outs. They also tried to screw us over by "forgetting" to remove an extra slab we didn't need or use from our bill and when we caught it Ashlee tried to charge us a restocking fee!! can you believe that? There are no words for how amateur and unprofessional these people are. And ZERO accountability. Good luck if you choose to hire them.

My purchase isn't complete but based off my consult with Kate and my experience with Sue, I do not have enough lovely words to say about this establishment and their employees. Kate is no doubt a genius. I just purchased my first home--a starter with a small kitchen with a terrible layout. With just pictures and a video Kate designed a dream layout for an amazing price. We can't wait to get our cabinets and countertops after we put our money down

Horrible experience. As stated in other reviews as soon as we handed over our deposit the customer service stopped. Could not get in touch with our sales person no matter how many times we called and even stopped in. The "quote" that was provided was misleading as the measurements they used did not match the drawings we provided. I finally got so fed up with the incompetence and lack of communication that I cancelled the contract. They told us they would not cash our $4700 check but found out a few weeks later that they did in fact try to cash it. Luckily we had already canceled it with our bank. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

The communication at Granite Plus has a lot to be desired. The initial time we went to the company everyone seemed very friendly. After we had selected our granite and signed our contract with a deposit it was very difficult to get in touch with our sales person again. Every time I called I was told she was on the phone or with another customer. She never returned our phone calls. Once I called back on the same day and the employee who answered the phone was very snippy and said "she already knows you called". Our install date was changed 4 or 5 times. The kicker to the entire experience was when we went to our appointment for our layout and the entire company had moved. There was a sign on the door. UNREAL, no one at the company ever told us they were moving to a different location. When we found the new location, our sales person wasn't even there for the appointment. We had to meet with someone new. I asked the new person to CONFIRM the final install date. She confirmed the date and then when we got home from the appointment, Granite Plus called and changed the date again. No one ever followed up with us to ask how the install was. No survey, no communication. There are plenty of other Granite businesses out there. Please pick a business that values communication! Sandy Z January, 2022

The price was better than others which was important to us, and Kate did a good job with helping us design our new island. My one complaint is that It wasn't clear to me that I was to manage the project myself. I've never done anything like this before and would have been better off spending the money to go with an all inclusive company. If you are comfortable with managing the project, then you can save quite a bit going here but if you need more help, it might be better to spend the extra money. In the end, my new island is beautiful.

Our installation date for the new quartz countertop was delayed a week, we were called the night before as the plumber was walking up our driveway to disconnect the sink. Granite Plus compensated us with $150.00 removed from the bill. I thought that was fair as we had moved everything out of the kitchen anticipating the installation the next day. Apparently the counter was cut wrong and they could not get another piece until the following week. The day arrived and they were late from the time they arranged. As the installation occurred a two major problems arose with our electrical for the range and the instability of the sink area. Long story short we had to hire out someone to stabilize our sink area, purchase a new sink as our cast iron was potentially too heavy for the stone, and have an electrician come to rewire the range. We went over our budget by $1000.00 plus and had no sink or stove top for over a week. Big unanticipated inconvenience. When granite plus returned the second time (late again) to reinstall the new sink they also came to correct an area on the seam of the slab, it had a chip that was "fixed" during the initial installation but it was very obvious. When they returned and fixed that area we were charged a return fee. So, we now have a very expensive countertop that we saved and budgeted for that essentially has a repaired area on it (looks better, but still obvious). Our interactions with the owner were professional and helpful but when we do our bathrooms we will be going elsewhere. If you have very old countertops you plan on removing be prepared to outsource for any needed adjustments with wiring and cabinet work that maybe found, When we decided to go with quartz we budgeted for the increased expense of the material. Pretty deflated after all of this and seriously think we should have spent less money, easier to swallow!

I’ve worked with Kate Grenz on many projects over the years. Always LOVE the final product! My bathroom remodel during the pandemic was one of the best projects yet! I had a very quick delivery of cabinet and quartz vanity top. She suggested taking the tile to the ceiling in the bathroom and I am so happy I did! Love it all!

Our "new" kitchen looks amazing! Thanks to Kate and everyone at GP design for making our dreams come true! Kate told me to have an open mind and I'm glad that I did because she designed the space of my dreams!

Granite Plus and GP Design have been real treasures for us! From the initial meeting with Kate, to consultations with others on the choice of granite to the installation of cabinets by Adam and the final measurements by the company along with the install of the granite counter top went very well. Communication was excellent and the price was in our budget. We feel great about our new kitchen. I recommend them as they will work with you.

Just went into Granite Plus for a scheduled consultation. I was really looking forward to the meeting because I'm on a time crunch to get a new kitchen. When we walked in, I was surprised to see that not one person was wearing a mask (3 employees & 2 customers) and it did not appear that social distancing was being enforced. They have signs everywhere that say "if you're not wearing a mask we will assume you have a medical condition" but when I said I prefer to be in a business that's following the mask mandate the 2 employees stated they could put masks on if we want them to (so they're openly admitting to not complying with the law). Anyways, I prefer not to do business with a company that cannot follow very SIMPLE practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They took the time to print all the exception signs out. Why not put a mask on and have big bottles of hand sanitizer accessible??? Makes no sense to me. Anyways, we ended up leaving without conducting our appointment. There are plenty of other businesses that I can go that take the law and safety of their customers and employees seriously.
