Kwik Trip #971 is a very busy location, especially around lunch time, though the kitchen and front staff generally handle the crowd in a professional manner. Many customers report great, amazing, and personable workers who are very kind and treat customers like friends. The store is noted for its great staff and friendly service. It is considered a great location with a car wash and a decent amount of parking. The store maintains a clean location with clean bathrooms. Most visits provide a great experience with good staff. However, one negative experience involved an employee who refused to help with a sale item, displayed a poor attitude, and rushed a transaction, leaving a distasteful impression. Despite this isolated incident, many customers find it a pretty great store and the best Kwik Trip in the city, with plans to return. It offers the standard expectations of the brand for fueling up and convenience.
Kwik Trip is my Holy place! If Wisconsin wasn't already great, Kwik Trip proves that a gas station can be clean, efficient, well-stocked, and actually enjoyable. If every gas station operated like Kwik Trip, road trips would be a whole lot better. Please dont take my word for it, go and try it out!
