Michaels is a store where you can find everything to create anything, from art supplies and yarn to party decorations and Cricuts. The New Berlin branch is clean and organized. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind, even when busy or short-staffed. Customers love the buy online, pick up in store service and the rewards points. While you can always find what you need for crafts, the stock isn't always plentiful and may lack variety in some items like yarn. The parking lot requires caution.

Love this Michaels! The store is always so clean and organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. I also love that their "Buy online, pick up in store" is a self service set up now.

I spend way too much money here. I always find what I need for crafts, and extra things like sticker books and journaling supplies.
