Terrible customer service.I called to ask about an item. An Employee said she would check but was waiting for the UPS truck. I asked “will you call me back then?” as there was a long pause. I was told she couldn’t promise that. So I asked if I should call back and was told to call in 10 minutes.I called back and was put on hold by another lady that answered the phone Hello like she was at home and then I was never picked back up after holding for 10 minutes.I called back again, finally got the original lady and she hadn’t even looked for the item from the 1st call…

Christie was great, super helpful with my pickup order even though they were short staffed and super busy!!! She went out of her way to get it all packed up for me, thank you Christie!!! Give this woman a raise ASAP

Line was completely wrapped. Someone politely asked if the 3 people on floor if one could hop on a register and the manager was beyond rude to her then she had one person take over for her and she went on break.

Usually like this Micheal’s location, but this last experience has been a pain that won’t end. I went to purchase an item and asked beforehand if I could use a coupon on that particular item. I was told yes. I had the coupon on my phone ready and I showed it to the cashier. She herself knows the promo code. She had me type in my rewards number. Everything was clear that I wanted to use a coupon that I had ready. She did t scan the coupon leaving me to believe she just typed in the promo code and that was that. I finish checking out to realize she never applied the coupon. I had to wait in line again with a toddler and then when I got back to the cashier, she had an incredibly difficult time figuring out how to make a return. She should have called over someone more experienced to help her, but she didn’t. In the end after me inserting my card numerous times, she finally said “x amount has been taken off your card”. Ummmmm….no. I corrected her saying “you mean x mount has been put back on my card, right?” She didn’t understand. I left it at that hoping the return went through, but it’s been a few days now and so far no refund has been issued. I called costumer service only to have the call dropped twice and the third time the operator just suggested I keep waiting. I’m incredibly disappointed in Micheal’s right now and will probably do my craft shopping soly at hobby lobby now. They might not have coupons anymore, but I bet they don’t double charge their costumers.

Michael's has gone completely downhill as far as yarn is concerned ... there's barely even a choice of yarn to choose from.

The staff is helpful, but they lack a variety of yarn, and their stock isn't always plentiful. Love the rewards points for purchases though.
