After visiting this Walmart and being completely disappointed with this store I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER WALMART AGAIN!! IT started in the parking lot. I visited this store about a month ago, to be greeted on the sidewalk right outside of the store by panhandlers, And if that wasn't bad enough, employees were on break and using illegal drugs right outside the front doors! I should have reported it to the manager that day, but I needed to be somewhere and I figured just by the treatment and lack of Customer service I received while in the store, that no one would give a crap!! I also, should have called and reported it to the police. I know it's hard to find good help these days but there has to be a better screening process than what this store has implemented! Or the person in charge of hiring needs to stop recruiting at the county jails!! Personally, I think the NewBerlin store should be closed down permanently!!

I haven't been to a Walmart that is this big in my life and I mean it felt like I was a tiny human in this store. Plenty of isles filled with a lot of things. I would say I enjoy the choices and the options of the toy selection and also the home and bath section. This place hands down are almost like a one-stop shop. The only thing I can say about this super-center is why are the checkout lines so long. It seems to take a longer time if you have ever been to a Walmart than any other store by comparison. I know most items seem cheaper and lower at the cost but to me, the wait seems a little insane and ridiculous during the holidays.

I ordered a tv 2 days ago and it has yet to deliver. I tried calling the store and the phone rang for 15 minutes with no answer. horrible!

It's getting ridiculous how long customers have to wait in line for service checkout. Every week I bring my 90 year old mother to this location. Same sad story every week.....only ONE service checkout! While in line this week, I called the store & told them to open up another service checkout line! That took 7 minutes! Get your act together Walmart!!!

This Walmart is always a disappointment. Unfortunately it is close! Today 7/9/22 @approx 3:15 2 o my credit cards were declined, 2 diff banks!! I told them that's impossible, is there a problem with their system , since the last time I visited no one could use a credit card!! Well this time I did not have enough cash on me. So I left saying have fun putting my purchases back on the shelf! I should also say I found no one helpful and pretty much acting like a deer in headlights insisting it was my issue!! When I left I went to nearest ATM got cash, no problem, then went to another store shopped all over again, paid with my cc... NO PROBLEM!!! Have you fixed your system yet? Should I worry about being hacked?! And you owe me about $100 for wasting my time and an apology for just plain being rude!!7/20/22 Went back checkout #8, there is an isdue with your cc machine because my chip did not work, but at least the slider did!! Fix it!!! And way too many bare shelves! Absolutely no baking sugar! White or brown!! No one knew why! Hey manager why don't you at least put a a not up that says sorry! Delivery problems due to....just make up a reason to apologize for the inconvenience, since you don't tell ant worker and the 4 that I asked did the deer in headlight thing and never noticed the entire aisle had nothing on the shelves!!! This is nothing new, last year all walmarts went half the year without french fries and not one associate knew!!! I stood in line for 24 minutes to be checked out. 3 cashier lines and self checkout lines were very long, Prices are not that good anymore for me to do a job I was not trained for! But you don't seem to train your staff either! Management has gone down hill and I didn't think it could get worse.

Their customer service is the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I hope the people I had to deal with get fired before they actually physically hurt someone

Very well managed Walmart. Associates are professional and courteous. All products are put away nicely, and little is out of order. Their deli and produce areas are well stocked and everything looks fresh and appealing. Just walking around the store, you can see the care that this manager instills and his associates. Cleanliness is number one. I wish more Walmarts were run this well.

Thank you Walmart for being a equal employment opportunity employer-by choice. I shop at this Walmart & have noticed that they hire employees with disabilities. Many studies have shown that people with disabilities take less absent days, and that they are more likely to stay on the job longer than non-disabled workers. As far as cart sanitation, as brought up by another Yelp reviewer, I have seen the cart associates sanitizing the carts with a spraying machine before they are put back in the corral. The spray bottles & toweling are there for anyone who wishes to wipe the cart themselves. I believe Walmart does care about their community as evidenced by their hiring practices. I have stopped shopping at Target because they do not hire people with disabilities. Shame on them! Every time I have shopped at this Walmart, the employees are friendly & do try to help. Unfortunately everyone has a bad day & not every employee knows the answer to every question. Please give them a break. They are just trying to do their job!

During the current coronavirus pandemic, Walmart management and staff, including Subway staff, need courses in disease control and disinfection practices! Why aren't Subway employees required to wear face masks? They talk to customers and to each other during the time it takes to assemble sandwiches and other items. So, without masks, it's probable that their respiratory droplets land on the food. I'd think twice before consuming anything from this location! Carts are another hot spot. The task of cleaning them is left to shoppers, who must pick up a bottle and then spray the disinfecting solution onto the cart. Then, using both hands, shoppers must tear off a portion of paper toweling from a roll that stands on a table with the spray bottles. While the cart may now be clean, shoppers have been forced to touch a spray bottle and a roll of toweling that countless other shoppers have touched previously, thus contaminating their hands in the process. For everyone's health and safety, how about requiring ALL staff members to wear face masks? How about providing wrapped disinfecting wipes for customers to clean their carts? Better yet, how about designating one or two staff members whose sole responsibility is to disinfect carts after each use?

I went to the store on Wednesday thinking they were open at 6am. Normally go on Tuesdays but you have to wait in line to get in. When I pulled up saw cars parked up front, thought not to bad maybe can get in with out waiting or not to long of a wait. To my surprise they were closed. They only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am. Who belonged to all the cars. Their staff takes all the front row parking. I was in shock. I will not go back to shop if that is how much they value their customers. I will go back and take a pic to post on the news and facebook.

It's worth the drive to go to a different Walmart employees at this Walmart seem miserable. The Walmart on highway 100 didn't have the pie that I previously bought and liked so much that I was willing to drive to the other Walmart on Moreland and greenfield. I was informed by a helpful employee that they had them in stock at the Walmart on Moreland and greenfield. After asking several employees if they had it again after driving fairly far just to get this pie none of the employees could even answer my question or willing to even help. So bottom line the Walmart on Moreland and greenfield is ran very poorly.

If I could give one star I would, I had come across something I saw inside Walmart. One of the managers stalking two black females because of suspicious activity, the two women were approached by a Walmart employee that was uncomfortable with the manager following the customers and let them know they were being followed. How dare this manager profile these two ladies when nothing was stolen out of the $500 worth of products they purchased with a debit card. They were refused service at check out and were made to check them selfs out at check out. I come to this Walmart a lot and honestly I've always seen that manager around and can't believe my own Walmart acts this way. You will no longer get business from my family and the rest of my friends. Target is way better anyways and actually cares about their community.

Very worst customer service. I bought oven and later find another one cheaper in Walmart.com. So later the day I went for returning. They said they cannot accept return because the package is opened. They let me to wait for 30 mins and said they can do exchange for same or greater than that price. Wtf... I am getting cheaper item from Walmart.com itself, why do i need to buy expensive item from store. After 1 hour quarreling they accepted for return. They gave hard worst day to me

Great store. Unlike other Walmart stores, this one is clean, and free of the stress that I have experienced from other stores. Awesome customer service and great location.
