I was finally able to get my meds it had been weeks. I was getting so frustrated you had no idea what I went through & the non sense I had to go through to be able to get my meds.Marlo she’s awesome, so nice & so caring to help me as much as she did & she didn’t need to but she did, she went out of her way to help me. If it wasn’t for her knowledge & expertise I don’t think I would have ever got my meds for God knows how long… In which I need them for school.I can tell that Marlo works really hard & I even noticed the staff asking her questions on how to do things because she just knows what to do. She’s a doll, she really is.She even fast ordered the meds within hours from another pharmacy for me AND THEY CAME!!(:From the bottom of my heart Thank You Marlo! Thank you thank you!P.s Freodert is very lucky to have her working for them, she’s fantastic & superior at her job!

I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. Extremely rude pharmacy tech. Waited over 45 min for a proscription to be filled when I submitted it to be filled earlier that morning. Very rude will not be going back to this pharmacy. This pharmacy tech needs customer service training skills. So unlike froedtert. Rude!!!

Before before this weekend, I’d had only great experiences at the Froedtert Moorland ER and highly recommended it. They had always been prompt, caring, and are usually empty even on the weekends.

Dr Sonnenberg in the ER is incredibly rude to her patients and truly lacks empathy I have repeatedly found her to be rude, talks down to me and others, discounted my concerns repeatedly

Whenever myself or my family needs urgent medical attention, this is where we travel. We have a few local hospital options, but even though this is out of the way, it's totally worth it! Love checking the weight times and this last visit was under an hour wait. Clean and professional facility which includes imaging, pharmacy and if admission is needed you will be transported to hospital.

The Urgent Care Staff is uncomfortable with treating a pediatric patient (we would have chosen Children’s if they were open).

Came to urgent care on 10/12/19 for respiratory issues, from Kim the front desk representative, Ann the RN, James the PA (Oohrah!) all the way to Kelly the xray tech (I'm pretty sure Kelly was her name , I can't remember for certain, please forgive me). The service was amazing, they all were very fast, very attentive, empathetic, knowledgeable and made sure that I knew and fully understood what was going on from point A to point B, had me in and out of there in no time, without feeling rushed or feeling that my issues were left unheard. Not a single bad attitude was given, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about any of them! I commend you for being such awesome providers of care and am very thankful/grateful to have had such a great experience here. You guys were/are awesome to say the very least! Thank you, Christine VM

My Dad was treated like dirt from the very rude nurse when he returned for the second time for the same problem. She didn't want to help him with his eye or answer any of his questions. She told him if he asked any more questions that she would call security. If I could give no starts for a review I would. Don't waste your time going to this horrible urgent care location.

The urgent care facility here quite literally saved my husband's life. They couldn't have been more attentive and professional in that crisis. Aside from that, we have had several routine appointments at this location over the past few years, and always have been treated efficiently and with plenty of TLC and respect. Can't say enough good things about them, so I'll just say we are very grateful to have such a high quality medical facility in the neighborhood.

I have multiple myeloma, a rare, incurable blood cancer that affects my immune system. I am on chemotherapy five days a week, also repressing my immune system. Given this, the tendency for the cancer and the chemo to clot the blood, additional risk of heart attack, stroke, frequent infections that easily become life threatening, I joke that I am a "frequent flyer" both at Moorland Reserve and Froedtert hospital. I have nothing but praise for my primary care physician, Dr. Anna Edlebeck at Moorland. She listens, actually listens to what I have to say and treats my information as valuable. She takes her time with me and suggests specialists when needed. I find her compassionate and intelligent. The ER personnel, many of whom I know by now, are fantastic. Waits are often rather short though this is not the best reason to choose an ER. Dr. Matthew Chinn in the ER has impressed me over and over, though I have no complaints about others. Treatment is fast in terms of getting symptoms and pain under control and careful in that they routinely consult with my oncology team to be sure no mistakes are made. They also have a cancer center here now and it is extremely convenient to get chemo here. The receptionists, Marge and Mary could not be sweeter or more caring and both are very on the ball. They have come to know my preferences for lab work and if they see an appointment scheduled that they think I won't like, they call me and offer an alternative. Trish who draws my blood in the lab is friendly and focused and does a wonderful job. I am thrilled to have this medical center a few miles from home. I can say I put my life in their hands several times a year and I do not worry about that in the least.
