My first visit to the New Berlin MyEyeDr was one of the best customer care experiences I've ever had. Special thanks to Amorette who seemed to immediately understand what I was looking for in new frames and made choosing fun and easy (and within budget). Most invaluable was her help in understanding my insurance coverage and options. The time and attention she gave me was outstanding. The equipment used for my eye exam seemed "state of the art," and Dr Ziegler was knowledgeable and caring. I really felt like I was in good hands at MyEyeDr.

Walked in and roamed around for 15 mins just for no one to greet me/ acknowledge me or even come out from the back where everyone were even after making eye contact with a lady (no pun intended) was trying to buy a pair of glasses but ended up just walking out. I felt like a ghost in there. Highly not recommended.

Came to have my glasses fitted and cleaned and I guess a long wait ( 30 plus minutes) as if you are a nobody is in store for you once they already have your money. Also will text you your glasses are in easy for pickup and once you arrive 20 minutes later will be closed. Unreal. It’s like once we have your money then you less than important to us. Go somewhere else to be treated good. I highly recommend lens crafter.

Dr. Kemmerling was so great with the kids and Carley was absolutely wonderful! She went above & beyond to help my 8-year-old find his favorite pair of glasses in my favorite price range. Both were ON POINT!

I went in for an eye exam. Was only there to get a new prescription for my contacts. I wear glasses, but was not going to replace the lenses at this time as I wear progressive lenses and they are expensive. I asked to have my glasses adjusted. The girl did and handed them back to me. I put them on and everything was foggy and blurry. I figured they were just dirty. I got to my car, took them off and examined the lenses. They had a ton of scratches all over both lenses. I put them back on, but it was impossible to see through them. I told the front desk staff and they said have a seat and wait for a manager. I waited 45 minutes. She told me the lenses were melted and that caused lots of cracks in the lenses. I was forced to buy new lenses. She said a waiver should have been signed. I was not given a waiver. The girl didn't tell me she would be heating up my lenses. I never would have agreed to that. The best the manager could do was offer 40% off. My lenses are over $600. This was their mistake, and now I have to pay for something I didn't plan on purchasing. Further, a week later I got a call saying the lens tracing was wrong and I needed to come back and have it redone. Do not waste your time coming here. Very disappointed that my lenses were damaged, I was not told how they would be adjusting my glasses and I had to pay quite a bit of money for a product I did not need.

Very nice office with very helpful and considerate staff. Dr. Kemmerling gave a comprehensive and intricate eye exam, walking me through the process every step of the way. Carley took her time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and was very kind. All the other staff were very kind and caring as well. Will definitely be returning

Scheduled an appointment for 11:15 was sent a reminder saying 11:15 but was told upon arrival that I was verbally told over tge phone 10:20 which was a blatant lie. Not impressed with this place or its sister companies. If I have future problems I will be seeking eye care elsewhere

If they get you glasses right out of the first time, probably you will be good to go, but if you need further assistance in figure out what is going on with your lenses you will be waiting for weeks/months as I’m. After few trips to the store they are still not able to tell me what happened with my lenses, even after they did order a new pair of it twice. After my last visit at store and after talking with the manager, I took the prescription they provide after eye exam and I stopped by Staton Optical and magically they got it right and fast, with very clear technical explanation about the lenses types versus my prescription. I’m using this glasses from Stanton now, but in another hand still waiting to hear back from MrEye Dr. with a solution, because I’m not able to use their glasses with the lenses they provided. So far after few months of waiting I still have a “non functional” glass in my house that they did and I spend a good $ amount on it. Really don’t recommend because of their support and lack of attention to go further and investigate (beyond the follow the book, kind of procedure)

Went in to get warranty replacement on lenses and order a new pairs of glasses.We were never greeted or even acknowledged and left after 20min..Definitely sticking with the Tosa location.

I came with an emergency situation. All staff were so friendly. The DR was amazing. He was so nice and professional. Definitely one of the best services i ever got!

I will no longer be using this office for my family's eye care. While ordering my glasses, I was offered a 20% discount, which was increased to 40% once I confirmed that other family members received glasses through them. At no time, was it explained that this discount would only be applied if I did not have insurance. In addition, no one informed me that since I had cataract surgery, I qualify though medicare for one pair of glasses. Once I found this out, I tried to have my claim submitted, but was told that the price would increase, and I would owe additional money. Very dissatisfied! Too bad - we have been clients for years!

I am so very impressed with the staff at this location. So very helpful!! Pam went way beyond what you would expect when buying glasses!! Actually made it a fun experience!!! Beautiful store and beautiful staff!!! So very grateful!!!
