I’ve had a great experience working with Jacquie and Paul at State Farm. Jacquie has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and thorough in making sure I understand my policy and get the best coverage for my needs. Paul was also very friendly and took the time to introduce himself, which made me feel welcome.
As a younger customer, I really appreciate that they never tried to take advantage of me or push anything unnecessary—instead, they took the time to explain everything clearly and help me make informed decisions. Their professionalism and customer service have been top-notch, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable insurance support!

So I got full coverage and two weeks later they called and raised me to $100 a month cause of something on my driving record that was over five years ago. He said as long as I stay away from tickets and such my rate would drop. Well instead it kept getting raised. Now I get a letter in the mail and they raised me another $17 a month and my driving record has been clean. I called a few times and left messages and I never received a call back. So I went and got different insurance a lot cheaper. I called and canceled my insurance with him and they still took out the $165. They said they would contact billing and have the money put back in my account and they didn’t do that either. I had to go to my bank and sign papers so the payment wouldn’t go through. I feel the communication with Paul is very poor

This has been the worst experience with any insurance company in my 67 years! Multiple messages over several months unreturned, and a simple task turned into a personal nightmare. It would take too much space to amplify. In this case, ‘State Farm (was not there)!”
