It was our first time there, and it was AWESOME. We brought the kids, aged 11, 8, and 2 there and they all had a blast. It was a Saturday so there was quite a few people, but that did not bother us one bit!! We did many laps around the entire place and loved absolutely all the toys, bikes, riders, climbing jungles, and obstacles. Loved the drink and snack area to have a rest and get re-fueled. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. When we first came in to the place, all of the staff was smiling and super friendly. They could tell our hesitation with bringing our smallest child in with all the other kids since it was more on the packed side, and they did offer us a full refund if we got in there and it was too packed for us!! Which we really appreciated. However, it was so much fun, NO ONE wanted to leave early. ❤️

Decent place for the kids to run off energy. Big room with tons of outdoor toys. Inflatable slide, GINORMOUS playground set with fast slides, non-electric ride on toys, and good size area to ride them. Also, a section with more toddler/baby friendly playground style sets and houses. Socks required for all, tables to sit at, and a snack/beverage "bar."

Took my granddaughter here and she had a blast! I wish there was another bounce house as that seems to be the most popular thing there.

Unless your child is wearing shorts to their knees, I would avoid this place. We had a worker tell my 6 year old that she was wearing inappropriate clothes (shorts and a T-shirt). Your adult employee could use some training on how to handle situations.

We visit often especially in the winter months! My toddler loves all the slides and climbing structures, seems that they rotate which bikes and toys are out on the floor so each visit is unique. Staff is always friendly. Thank you for providing such a great space for us to run around, it has brought us so much joy.

Last year in December, I was going to book a party with this place. Their verbiage was incorrect on the website as it pertains to how many guests you could actually have. When I brought this up with the front desk lady, she was very nice and me a free pass for this year.
However, when we went to visit a few weeks ago, a very blunt lady at the front desk with glasses and short hair told me that she would check our account to see if she still saw it because she never heard of somebody just giving out a free pass.
She never came to find me, and so I never got a refund. She could have at least come out and told me whether she had found it or not so that is bad customer service.
The place inside feels like it has no air being pumped in, so germs are flying everywhere. Clearly some of these kids that were a little bit older were not being watched because they were allowed to throw balls everywhere near missing little children in the head.
We barely stayed an hour and then we got out of there. There were too many kids, and too much commotion. They should not allow so many children to be in one area which isn't even that big. I would not recommend going here.

So much space for kiddos to run around! Staff was friendly - toys were all in good shape. If you have a super active kiddo, this is the indoor play place for you!

Yesterday, I had my son’s birthday at Big Backyard. This was my first time being there. Things went smooth for the most part until the end. There was a big mishap with my son’s cake. All the adults were discussing the mishap and truly did not realize the time. Nobody came in to say it’s 8:00pm or anything so we did not realize once again the time. We walked outside to drop off the gifts to the car once we got back in, she said I’m ready for the remaining balance. I told her I would be right back. She smacked her lips so I stopped in my tracks and turned around. I looked at her and she says it’s past 8pm. We close at 8pm. I said to her I didn’t realize the time and we will be out shortly. My card was in my bag in the room, so I didn’t even have it on me. It was a woman at the front desk with glasses and a messy ponytail. Never introduced herself or anything, but she was very rude! My host with a pink sweatshirt and a bow on it was really sweet. I liked her and wanted to tip but I refused to tip if it wasn’t going directly to her. My word of advice would be if you are worried about people not being out by 8pm then don’t allow a party to go to 8pm. Parties should cut off 15 minutes before the establishment closes or the employees need to go around to say we are closing in 15 minutes or something. My first and last time there. I also don’t know what your cleaning protocols are, but there needs to be better cleaning.

Not safe for toddlers. Most of the kids that were there playing were nearly teenagers and kept climbing on top of the equipment in the toddler area and jumping off of it. One toddler almost got crushed under the bridge of a toddler gym because kids way too old for the 5 and under area were running over it. Luckily his mom was able to grab him in time. No one was watching their kids and staff don't enforce their rules. Several kids and adults were running around barefoot, the play area is dimly lit, much of the equipment is dirty, and the room smelled like they don't wash the floors. I was so disappointed. Maybe this was just a bad day for them but wow.
