We are so grateful for the teachers our son has had from day 1 on. The majority of them truly care and want to be there for the kids. It’s hard to find that these days and we are glad we found a good team.
Leadership has its downsides, things are not consistent there and have had ups and downs a lot. I do believe they want what’s best but the turnover is crazy high.
So in conclusion 5+ on the teachers like Dawn for the infants, Dima for the young toddlers, and Taylor for the older toddlers. Where it lacks and pulls the overall down is consistency in leadership and that is concerning as a parent as to why the churn rate is the way it is. Overall very very happy and would say this is a great day care for anyone looking.

My 3 year old has been with TLE since he was 3 months old, so we have seen this location through a lot of changes and uncertainty, and have been pleased with the stability brought by the latest leadership (Sally). What kept us enrolled though it all has always been the teachers who have proven time and again to be invested personally in my child’s development and wellbeing. I appreciate the regular app updates, age-appropriate curriculum, health & wellness activities, and periodic development parent/teacher conferences.

My son transferred from the Franklin location which we were extremely upset by the closing but after being at New Berlin location for about 3 months we still only have positive things to say. Our son has received great care from Ms.Destiny, Ms.Allison, Ms.Sarah M these past few months and he has been coming home happier than ever. The management team Ms.Paige, Ms.Kayla, and Ms.Sally are always there to greet us when we walk through the door, they have great communication when it comes to my son’s whereabouts at the center and never hesitated to answer our questions about the transition. This center is truly one of the best with updates on the app, monthly curriculum, sign language and getting your children to meet their milestones. We strongly recommend TLE New Berlin.

If you’re looking for consistency & or transparency this is not the place to go… terrible corporation they treat & look at your children/family as monetary values & will abruptly shift kids out of their classrooms NUMEROUS times throughout the day to better control labor hours/staff pay without a heads up to us parents. Poorly managed & a money hungry corp.

I have had my son here for 2 months now and he seems to be loving it! He is always so happy when he gets dropped off. Dawn and Karina are great teachers to my baby and he always seems so happy with all the picture updates we receive through the day. I am so happy we picked this place for our child to be taken care of during the day.

Dawn & Karina in the infant A room have been awesome to work with and truly care about each kid in their room. They embrace the curriculum each month and it has been so fun to watch our child grow and learn skills.

My child just transfered from the Franklin location and I was a bit sceptical as my family was I were so happy with the previous location and I'm very happy to say that our family is STILL in love with TLE! Thank you for all you do for our next generation my son including!!

Our family transferred to TLE New Berlin after being at the Franklin location for 2.5 years. We were devastated to learn about Franklin closing as Ms. Paige, who came on board after the previous leadership (and some staff) was dismissed, had done an incredible job tightening up all operations of the center and truly unifying the staff that remained. Lucky for us, we all got to join forces in New Berlin with the existing team there (who we have had a wonderful experience with so far). I would not hesitate to recommend care for your family here. I do not make that recommendation lightly as making sure my kids are safe, loved, and cared for is the most important job I have.

My niece's visited TLE New Berlin and loved the teacher's she felt welcomed and was excited to meet the kids and loved all the characters art work. She thought it was engaging in the activities, songs, and was impressed.

My twins love Miss Alisha. They look forward to going to daycare every day. She's been helping them improve their speech as well. When I was gone for work for a week , I was comforted because I knew they were with Alisha.

I absolutely love this daycare, it definitely feels more as a “family” vs a job. Me and my boys are always greeted right in the morning! My boys teachers are absolutely phenomenal! Kylie & Mady (infant teachers) go out of their way to accommodate my son & his big appetite! They’re so patient and kind, it’s always an inviting environment and I absolutely love how their room ALWAYS smells and looks clean. Ms. Izzy & Alisha (preschool teachers) are amazing too. They always take the cutest pictures & are SO very interactive with the kids! Both classes do really good with updating throughout the day which I love!!!
