I went to the new Berlin location and spoke with Jake. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I asked him about a situation that he never dealt with before. Instead of brushing me off, he did all that he could do for me to get my answers. He was also very friendly!

Drew assisted my wife and I upgrade to new phones. Mine was very outdated my todays standards (I phone 7S,) and it made it challenging for the upgrade, since I could no longer enable any type of WiFi on it. However, Drew was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to accomplish it thankfully. We used to go to the corporate store in Brookfield in the past, but we decided to give this location a shot, hoping it wouldn’t be too busy. We were very glad we did in many ways. Drew and his associate Payton, were very friendly, professional, and helpful, and answered all our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this location and the staff there. Our overall experience was top notch, and this will be our go to store in the future. Thanks again Drew.

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone at this store! Seemingly no one is in charge at this location.
Not open when the door, Google, and their own voicemail says they are supposed to be open. Incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone to find out where my order is. Super frustrated in this location!

Two and a half weeks after I made a cash payment at this US Cellular location, my account has still not been credited and I had my service shut off overnight for not making a payment I made a week before. This location is harming US Cellular and not sending them the money I paid now 12 days ago. It has been reported to US Cellular for them to take action. When I pay cash on my account and have a receipt, I expect it to be credited to my account then or maybe later that day. Knowing I left this review they have still not done anything. They have my money, I have no credit to my account and was shut off. This store deserves ZERO stars.
I made a payment in this US Cellular location. It was not credited to my account. Then my account was shut off because I made no payment. This is the worst store I've ever been in my life. Stay away from this place at all costs.
