This Walgreens location never fails to be a disappointment. Even with no one ahead of me in line at the pharmacy it took 15 minutes for me to pick up two prescriptions that were ready yesterday.

I went in to pick up a prescription about an hour after a doctors appointment and they still did not have my prescription filled the woman said it would be about 20-30mins then asked if I wanted to wait at which point I said I'll just come back in 30 and she said okay. I returned an hour later thinking this would give them plenty of time to fill the prescription but they again had no prescription ready for me. the woman helping me now inquired with the woman who helped me last from a distance and I could read her lips saying he said he wasn't going to wait but she said the time it would take to fill before asking if I would be sticking around which now I get to do an hour later when if I would have known I would have just waited the first time around. do yourself a favor and pick any other pharmacy!

Brookfield Walgreens Pharmacy (Greenfield Ave \\u0026 Moorland) was closing in 15 minutes @ 5PM. Automated system advised my order (sent at 2PM) was still being processed. I tried to talk directly with pharmacy, but understandably no one available. I contacted Walgreen’s New Berlin location (Moorland \\u0026 National Ave) as that pharmacy was open till 10PM to see if I could transfer my prescription there. NB pharmacy said she could and my antibiotics would be ready in 90 minutes. Greatly appreciate her assistance.

I believe the Pharmacists name is Ellen? She was above and BEYOND. My insurance wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a prescription and she actually CARED for me, and looked into the situation deeper, which she didn’t have to do. I am so thankful for her and she deserves so much recognition! Thank you!

Last night, I had such an amazing experience with the worker Amanda in the Photo Department. She was very outgoing from the start asking if I needed help. She then talked to me for the majority of the time that I was there printing. She made sure that the experience was good for me!

This Walgreen's has been my go-to pharmacy for about ten years. I changed to a mail-order pharmacy for a couple of years but switched my RXs back to Walgreen's because I can go to the pharmacy counter and speak face-to-face with either a pharmacy tech or a pharmacist when I have a concern or a problem. That is so much better than dealing with someone on a phone in a cubicle in some other part of the world. The Walgreen's app is easy to use and very helpful, and it allows the pharmacy to send a text or email when my RX is ready to be picked up. This is a busy pharmacy so sometimes ther may be a short wait to get to the front of the pickup line, but the service is always worth the short wait. The only negative for me is picking up an RX via the drive-through. That seems to be a little too time consuming, but if I was a parent who had kids in the car with me and didn't want to come into the store I think the drive-through would be a good feature.

Great staff Normally I wouldn't review a Walgreens, but I've had repeated instances of great customer service here. Today I stopped in to get a bottle of Diet Coke. They were priced 3/$3 but they only had one. At the register the cashier asked if I really just wanted to buy one for the non-sale price, or if he could go run to the back to see if they had more. He did the dash and came back empty handed. He then went ahead and adjust the pricing to give me the $1 deal. When I paid with $2 (tax) he reached into his own pocket for the nickel. Super awesome.

I am so frustrated with this New Berlin Drive thru service. On my last drive thru prescription pick up I went to the outer lane. The inside lane had a customer being taken care of. Another vehicle pulled up in the inside lane, behind the vehicle being taken care. When the first inside vehicle pulled away the pharmacy tech jumped in and took care of the next inside lane vehicle. It was like I wasn't even there. If the customer in the inside lane had proper manners they would have told the tech I was waiting longer. I guess I need to chalk this one up to a mannerless customer and clueless pharmacy tech at the Walgreens on Moreland and National.

Tried to print photos and after 45 mins, I walked away without ordering any photos due to technical issues. While that was disappointing enough, the manager did nothing to help. I do not recommend printing any photos at this store.
