I can’t thank Kaitlin and Brandi’s Bridal Galleria enough for helping me find my dream dress! My mom and I had an absolute blast thanks to Kaitlin! The selection of dresses at Brandi’s is astounding, but it never felt overwhelming. The dresses were all organized beautifully and Kaitin was exceptionally knowledgeable about them, guiding me to try on ones that fit my style. The first dress I tried on was definitely the one, but Kaitlin was so patient and supportive as I still tried on MANY dresses just to be sure :) She made me feel beautiful in the dress I chose, and it was definitely an experience I’ll always remember and cherish. I’ll be highly recommending this store to all brides!

I could not be happier and more grateful to all of the staff at Brandi's for everything they did for me and my bridal party! I went to Brandi's after having a pretty negative experience at a different bridal shop where they used pressure tactics to try to push me into a decision I wasn't ready for. My appointment at Brandi's was SO much more positive -- I unfortunately can't remember who my stylist was, but she was so, so patient with me as I tried on a ridiculous amount of dresses (their selection is amazing!) and she never made me feel rushed even when we went way over our time. I am a super indecisive person and I even came back a second time just to make sure I was confident in my decision and I felt zero pressure from the staff to make a choice before I was ready. I ended up finding my absolute dream dress and could not be happier that I went with Brandi's.We also got our bridesmaid dresses from Brandi's and I was so pleased with their selection for these as well as I really had my heart set on velvet, which they had several different options for. I am not proud to admit that our bridal party was a bit of a disorganized mess at times and I want to give a special thank you to Caitlyn who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to put out fires for us despite them being completely of our own making. She could have just left us to the consequences of our actions but instead she went out of her way to make sure everything worked out for us and I really felt supported and taken care of. I am so pleased with my decision to pick Brandi's for my dresses and cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Shopping at Brandi's was a really enjoyable experience. The stylist was very helpful and conscious of my budget. When my dress came in, there was a manufacturer defect with the dress, but Brandi's worked to correct it, still with plenty of time before our wedding. Overall, a lovely experience.

I had a wonderful experience selecting my wedding dress here! All of the staff were sweet and helpful, respected my budget, and allowed my guests to be involved. The gown came in within the timeframe that I was originally told. There was a very large selection and plenty of plus size gowns to try on. I found my perfect dress and it looked amazing on wedding day!

Amazing experience with Chloe! Went to Brandis for the first time ever trying on wedding dresses and she helped me find amazing options based on my style. Came back a second time to try on the dress I originally loved. Chloe made me feel comfortable and knew my style right away to help with some specific add ons for the dress as well. Couldn’t recommend her and the company enough! Even had a 2.5 hour drive from Green Bay and still would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks again Chloe you were fantastic!

Worst experience ever!! Don't go here! After having a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress I was excited for my bridal party to have a similar experience. I heard about this place and was told they have the best selection. I had an appointment and it did t seem to matter as at no point did anyone help us in the process. We were left to wander around and bring our own dresses to try on, again, with no help. Luckily, we weren't going to let their horrific customer service ruin our experience. It continued to get worse when they started to pressure my ladies to order sizes several sizes bigger (16 fit and she was told to get a 24). We got the sizes that fit in the store, against their recommendation and of course they still were way too big. We bought designer dresses and spent $300-400 per dress. I regret giving our business to this place.

I want to emphasize that my poor review is by no means at the hands of my consultant (of which I sadly do not recall her name). Matter of fact, she is the only reason this is 2 stars and not 1.Long story short: My 2-stars are due to the store's policies. I fully understand I signed and agreed, but I think it is simply poor business to not allow for a forfeiting of deposit. All in all, this serves as more of a BEWARE to shoppers. In signing/purchasing the dress, you are committing to paying in full, regardless if you pick up the dress. I will now be not only down $900 for a dress I am not wearing, but $1,800 + 2 hours of drive time to retrieve the dress.Long story long: After looking at several bridal stores in south central WI over the course of a few days, I thought I had found the dress. Full transparency, I felt like I needed to order one ASAP seeing as I was 9 months out from my wedding. I really liked the dress I ended up buying, but developed regret and ended up finding one I loved on a sale rack from a different store that I could take home that day. I knew I would be taking a loss in the $900 deposit I place at Brandi's for my 1st gown that hadn't arrived yet (and wasn't in my possession). What I found out and am genuinely disappointed and saddened by in terms of simply being a good business is that they won't allow me to simply forfeit my deposit and not pick up the dress. There was nothing 'special' about the order. I simply ordered a dress in a regular designer made size, so I am unsure why the verbiage acts like my order was 'unique' and 'custom order'. The whole reason I started to get remorse is because I saw so many others with the dress! I must pay the remaining balance despite knowing I am not wearing it and pick it up or be charged $25 late fees until I do so. One would assume the $900 loss in deposit would be punishment enough, but the additional $900 I owe is kicking me while I'm down. I obviously did not want to fall out of love with that dress, but life happens and I deserve to feel beautiful on my wedding day. This is not how one typically thinks of a deposit (non-refundable or not), so perhaps the store should rethink its verbiage and sympathize more with its customers. This is the biggest day of most of our lives, one would hope a good business would have more empathy with wanting us to feel 100%, even if it means going a different dress route without penalizing our bank account.In response to the owners response below: I had someone else call on my behalf a few weeks ago, so you never spoke with me because I wouldn't have been as cordial as she was. Even the consultant who first answered the phone didn't think I would be charged the remaining, but just have to forfeit what I already paid. She double checked with someone else who told her that I would in fact be charged the remaining. As for it being 'normal practice', while I don't know the policy of every store, the one I ultimately got my dress from did not have this policy and said it certainly isn't common.I will reiterate, I understand I signed the policy. BUT, it should be much more clear that not only are you signing for the "deposit" but the remainder of the dress as well. The money down was not a "deposit" it was a payment. Deposits are forfeitable with assumption of loss.

We have had what I would call an awful experience with Brandi's Bridal. It first started with them telling the bride they had her color for bridesmaids dresses, we arrive only to find out they lied. We had to change to a different color right then and there and the employee that helped us assured us multiple times the sizes she measured us for were only within an "inch" or so and we should be just fine with the size she measured. Unfortunately this isn't the case the dresses are a minimum of 6 inches to small for multiple of our bridesmaids. The manager told us it's our fault and there is nothing they can do. The wedding is 100 days away and only 2 dresses fit and that's because two of us have lost 20lbs. I've been in many weddings and I've never seen such terrible service for such a special event. We went with the recommendations the employee gave us, not what we wanted. Who wants a dress that won't fit them? I'm sad to see terrible customer service and unfortunately them lying and making this seem like it's our fault. The wedding party is a group of 30-40 year olds. We trusted the recommended size and it clearly was a measurement error on the employee. Disappointing.

Our wedding party was fitted for their dresses in full clothing (winter time}. Every member of our party couldn’t zip up their dress. Our guess is as good as theirs . 2-4 sizes too small. Better yet, suggest two different dress brands and not advise them as they could be different materials or color shades. When the mistake was brought to the attention of the “manager”. She could only suggest that we find a good seamstress to rectify the situation. There has been zero accountability for the company or the employee that we expected to know how to do her job properly. Very disappointing after choosing to support a small business and the level of service received was like one can expect from online retailers once payment is received. A 1 star is given but certainly not earned.

Highly recommend you make this your first (likely only) choice for finding the perfect dress! I am a plus size bride and had a less than desirable experience at a different bridal shop.From the moment I scheduled my appointment at Brandi's I noticed a difference. I had an amazing experience and I am just thrilled to have taken the hour plus drive.Jenelle was my stylist/consultant and she was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable (for me) situation. She helped find the perfect dress for me and did it with a smile on her face the whole time.I have two sisters who are also engaged and will need a dress. I'm definitely sending them your way.Oh, I can't go without mentioning how very smart it is that all the dresses are organized by price. Genius! Brandi's cares about what matters most to us.Thank you for being so great!

Going to Brandi’s for my dress has been the best decision I’ve made about my wedding my far!! I was so anxious about finding a dress, and the staff were so helpful and made it so easy to find a dress I loved. They have so many options for all price points. I cannot say enough good things about working with Chloe! She was amazing!! I would give her 20 stars if I could!

Cutest shop! I bought my wedding dress there, felt like a princess, and had the best time with my mom and friends. Kaylynne (sorry if that spelling is wrong!) was incredibly helpful. She got me in and out of dresses, didn’t make me feel self-conscious, and stuck with my budget on the lower end of dresses. The shop has a ton of options, lots of accessories, a runway, pedestals, mirrors everywhere and great lighting. Would totally suggest this to other bride to be’s :) Thank you for making this day so special!!

I went to Brandis for bridesmaids dresses. To start - I made an appointment and had proof of email - they told me I didnt have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still fit us in. 4 of my bridesmaids were measured at Brandis and given outrageous sizing. Now, we all know that sizing for bridesmaids dresses are always different and bigger so my bridesmaids took the advice of Brandi's as they know what they are doing. When we got the dresses in my 4 bridesmaids were DROWNING in their dresses. Im not talking about 1 size too big, I am talking 2-3 sizes too big. With that comes pricing of alterations. My bridesmaids are now having to pay 200+ just for alterations because of the extreme and false sizing that was done by Brandis. I feel horrible that my bridesmaids are paying not only for a dress but basically another dress on top of that due to alterations. I really wish I would look back at reviews because I am seeing this is a very common issue with Brandis.

I spoke with Brandi’s about options to replace a custom wedding gown I had had made online and they were so quick to respond and helpful about what was available for what I wanted so I’d have an idea before having to go to a radius of bridal shops. We decided to have the one I ordered revised by a seamstress BUT the helpfulness and kindness I had received from Brandi’s meant that I returned as soon as I could to see if my 6 bridesmaids and 4 attendants could get gowns there. Because of the wedding dress nightmare and the holidays, setting a date for dresses was delayed and we ended up with a date that was cutting it close for ordering dresses, but Brandi’s was reassuring and knowledgeable of what our options would be, the only trouble was the day we picked where 8/10 gals could attend was all booked! I wish that we could’ve gone with Brandi’s the customer service and communication I received was so great especially during such a stressful time. I will recommend them to my 2 other friends getting married this year for sure!! Thank you Brandis Bridal!!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Brandi's Bridal. I recently purchased my dress last weekend after a terrible experience at a different bridal store. Mady was amazing to work with. She listened to what I liked and did not like and pulled the most beautiful dresses! She explored a few different dress styles for me which I really appreciated. I came into the appointment thinking I wanted long sleeves but left with a beautiful off the shoulder, sweetheart neckline. She made me feel so comfortable in my own skin and I could not have asked for a better experience! THANK YOU!!
