Only one person working (Travis) with two customers needing help. He multi-tasked and assisted both of us with knowledge, speed and patience. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. An amazing visit. I left with a smile on my face. I’ve always had a good experience at this location.

To give the highest regard, it's not regards to the u.S cellular store in new glarus wisconsin and specifically highest marks of professionalism courteous and And rapid response and rapid response come in to the problem at hand.
Okay, hold it raised up, Tony Martin's and Dakota raised back. We're very helpful very courteous and very swift to correct the problem that no other store or associate of US cellular. Could?

Ed is by far the best!
He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of US cellular. I would highly recommend traveling to New Glarus for his excellent customer service!

Would give zero stars, us cellular commits fruad and I'm sure all there employees at new glarus smoke meth.
They lost all there contacts when change ownership and refuse to print out bills, to would of proved is was ripped off.
Now there calling me trying to get me to remove this reviews.

We had a great experience w/Ed today! He helped fix my mom’s phone in less than a minute and was very helpful giving her the best options to upgrade and also lowering her bill. He even went and got her a bottle of water when she started to cough!! Highly recommend!
