I took my boat in to give it a once over when I bought it because of recommendations, $4000 and year later I got it back, the staff are not friendly at all, they act like why are you bothering us, I went to American marine in La Crosse and they were very friendly and helpful.

Can't say enough about this establishment. I took a pontoon in for a winter wrap for a neighbor of mine that her husband passed away suddenly. The owner heard my story and had it done in two days without charge. It really caught me off gaurd that there really is still good people out there. I can't thank them enough....

Took our boat here first time this summer. Engine was missing over 2000 rpms. Full of sand from river. Fixed everything and is running perfectly. Very good customer service and pleasant employees. Showed me old parts and had me watch it run after fixed. Thankyou!

Picked up a used pontoon boat from them on the 16 of April took it out on the water the 18 of April. Made it 50 feet from the dock it die got towed back loaded up. Took the engine cover off found fuel filter had water in it Took gas cap off and found algae growing in the tank Started draining the tank and found 2 gallons of water in the fuel tank. Then took of the other filter and that was full of water too. Now all this happen after they so called checked after they put it to bed last year. So long story short not happy at all.

6 years ago I bought my first boat from Castle Rock Marine. I couldn't have stumbled into a better Marina, and more importantly, family run business if I tried. Ever since that first day Laurie and her team have never stopped striving to be the most customer centric boat business possible. Any time I call they recognize me as a friend as well as customer. Multiple times they "saved my day" on the water when lack or preparation or just bad luck intervened. I was unfortunate to have a storm come through that caused unrepairable damage to my boat. They stepped up and spent countless hours assisting with a complicated insurance claim and settlement. Never once asking for compensation for the assistance. Even if I buy future boats from any other channels they will be my partners during the course of ownership. There isn't a summer weekend on the calendar where they aren't pulled in unmanageable directions, yet they still find a way to give their all and succeed in creative solutions to problems. This current pandemic has put every business at the brink of disaster, yet they soldier through and find a way to provide support. Hats off to a business and team that leads with their heart and helps create memories on the water.

I have bought tons of cars, boats, motorcycles etc and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. Last Friday my wife and I stopped in to look at a boat, and found one that was perfect. Laurie (the owner) talked to us for about 45 minutes about the boat and the pickup. She wrote it up, and I asked about putting money down to hold it. She assured us she would hold it. She said "Its yours" "its not even on the internet" and "we are too busy to sell it anyway". My wife and I were confident that we were getting the boat, we just had to arrange the funds. Before we left Laurie had even talked my wife (a groomer) to cut her dogs nails when we came back to pick it up. Friday afternoon I left a message that we needed until Monday as the banks were not able to get it done Friday. I called Monday morning to let her know we had it all ready and just needed to set up a time to pick it up. Late Monday night I got a message saying sorry she sold the boat. Clearly we were not important to her or her business. I would have gladly put money down, but her word seemed good enough to us. It wasn't.
