Mike Casper must not have been there vary long. Had our storage unit broke into a long with others and the owner could have cared less. This happened half way through the month of october and he refused to refund the month, because it wasn't his problem. Also had security cameras he just "never got around to putting up." The guy who owns it lives somewhere else I won't disclose and works a different job, so needless to say this business isn't his priority and he feels not responsible in any way shape or form for security.

If I could put Six stars I would. The most kind and caring folks out there. They treat every unit as if it was full of their own stuff.

Ignores phone calls. Does not call back. Horrible customer service and no surveillance at these storage units and it is an easy target for people to steal!!! Do not waste your money at this storage unit!!!!
