I drive a truck and regularly park near an Anytime or a Planet. This AF is pretty nice, they have a decent variety, including a hack squat. The only thing that raised an eyebrow from me was a basket at the front that requested guests fill out a form and leave 5 dollars, I'm not sure if that pertains to all members that have a different home gym or if it's for bringing a buddy. I did not have 5 dollars on me and my access pass has all my information if they want it. I did use the shower at this location and it was actually very clean, however, the water pressure was not very good at all, and the temperature was very difficult to dial in, but for a 5-minute shower to rinse off sweat, it gets the job done. I'll likely return to this location in the future when I'm in the area.

I understand they probably don’t care about reviews I have been to about 10 or so anytime fitnessSome anytime gyms are very clean have a ton of equipment that’s in good conditionThey have multiple machines ,cagesAnd just a great varietyThe restrooms are clean, maintained are stocked with cleaning suppliesThen you have new LondonThe worstNot much equipmentAnd some of equipment they do haveIs beaten up and brokenLiterallyAnd doesn’t look like they plan to fix or replace itLike the cable crossover machineCable has been broken for about four weeks or moreHave see the stain filled showers that just looks like they need to replace the plastic moldingEmpty soap machinesEmpty paper towelsAnd like someone else statedStaff are using the equipment for long periods of timeI get it get your gym onBut shouldn’t your gym duties be priority

I go for the group fitness class on Monday Wednesday Friday. The instructor Ashley is awesome.

I canceled my membership two months ago and they never answered my calls and are casually never at the office, yet they charged me a full years membership, voicemails and nothing. Don’t trust this place.

Until this issue is addressed this will remain. There is nothing wrong with the facility itself or the people who work here/run the business. However there is a group of younger adults that come in around 6,7,8 and 9. Who are obnoxiously loud and over excessive. Im all for anyone who wants to lift heavy weights but please be quiet and be aware that other people around you dont want to hear you make noise. Its also a shame that some people pay a membership but these kids let all there friends in for free, i would understand if you know they payed the 5 dollar fee but when you let 7 plus in and none of them pay? You have to be kidding me.

I have been to a couple other Anytime Fitness locations and they don’t come close in comparison to New London!! Love the variety, quality, and quantity of different fitness equipment and machines. My passion and focus is lifting, so I’m very happy to have a variety of options in different rooms. Always clean. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in New London!!!

love this place I'm a member here I travel all over the United States they seem to have one everywhere I go makes it very convenient I would recommend if you are a fitness buff please try them out you'll be amazed everywhere you go they have one
