Crappy manager,called to get myself in and was no problem 1.75 hrs before close. Said I wanted my 4 year old cut as well and that made her suddenly put me on hold. She didn't silence me and I heard her ask her manager about cutting my sons hair as if kids were somehow an issue.she said NOPE! as if happy to say it. If my 4 year old is too much for their business then I'll go somewhere more professional.

Kathy did an awesome job cutting my 5 year old sons hair. She gave him the haircut he chose and even asked him everytime she started cutting if it was too long or too short so that he felt involved in the whole experience. He looks great and I appreciate being able to book my appointment quickly
