I have a ford fiesta 2012 I took there since I needed it towed and seen it had pretty good ratings this place absolutely sucks they had my car for a month now they were only supposed to fix one thing that turned into multiple little things that I really think they messed up they broke a valve on my engine by using a broken tool. I planned a trip that I can no longer take that I took off for 2 weeks ago thinking the car would be fixed still nothing.
My car was recently in New London to Greenville and now some other shop because of the valve that I won’t get back anytime soon definitely asking for a price reduction I won’t even feel safe in my own car I will never go back!!!

Took my 2001 F250 in to get new ball joints. I asked if they’ve done F250 4x4’s before. The mechanic said yes, he used to work at the Ford dealership in town. They gave me a price and I brought it in later. When I came to pick it up they only did one side and charged more than half the estimate which was for both sides. They said one side didn’t need to be done. I brought it home, crawled underneath to find the new ball joint grease fitting snapped off. Anyone that has done this job before knows you have to remove it or it will snap off within one rotation of the wheel. I went right back and complained and they ended up doing the job again. Picked it up and then found my driver door had a new chipped-off paint spot (most likely from the jack handle). I took it back again and showed them. They had me go to Back to Original Body Shop where they brush painted the spot. That’s not back to original but I didn’t want my whole door painted either. So while it’s good they redid the job. It took more of my time, I now have a paint touch-up spot and only one side done. P.S. I had the front end and ball joints looked at by two other reputable shops they said both sides need to be done. Guess who’s not gong to touch my truck anymore!

My son’s mini Cooper died near Clintonville on his return home to St. Paul from Thanksgiving on Saturday. He called AAA since he has a membership and waited almost 2 hours only to be told they cleared our call without ever showing up. Decided to call Accel and they were there in about 1/2 hour and loaded the car on a flatbed and transported it to Bergstrom. Wish we would have just called them initially!! Thank you for your awesome service!!

We are newer to the area and were nervous about finding a new auto mechanic but Accel Auto in New London is awesome. They have helped fix my older van at very reasonable rates. I feel very confident that they will be my auto repair place for a very long time.

These guys are SCAMMERS! Took my vehicle in to get the brakes done, they charged me $400 and qhen i took it into a different place they told me they could have done the same job for me for only $150! These guys scam people and rip them off. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE.

Took my truck in for miss fire, they said that they put 7 new plugs and coils in, still did not run right 900..00 dollars later ended up taking it to someone else. Another 300.00 dollars later it was done apparently they didn't change 1 bad plug that they had soaked in penetrating oil. When I went back with the bad plug in my hand and asked them why it was not changed they boss called the mechanic in and he said that he didn't want to brake it because it was too hard to get to. Will Never go back and wouldn't trust them to send anyone else to them. Awful service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
