“I joined FFNL about a year ago and it's the best decision I made. I need a team atmosphere to get my workouts in because I'm horrible on my own. I had knee surgery and was out 5 months but because I was strong physically I was able to bounce back alot faster. I love the coaches and how they show you the right techniques so you don't injure yourself.”

“I drive a truck and regularly park near an Anytime or a Planet. This AF is pretty nice, they have a decent variety, including a hack squat. The only thing that raised an eyebrow from me was a basket at the front that requested guests fill out a form and leave 5 dollars, I'm not sure if that pertains to all members that have a different home gym or if it's for bringing a buddy. I did not have 5 dollars on me and my access pass has all my information if they want it. I did use the shower at this location and it was actually very clean, however, the water pressure was not very good at all, and the temperature was very difficult to dial in, but for a 5-minute shower to rinse off sweat, it gets the job done. I'll likely return to this location in the future when I'm in the area.”
