“I cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Star Communications! We could not get any internet service at my home since we built 20 years ago. We always had to connect with our phone plan which had limited data, so we could not give out our password to anyone when they came over, could not live stream Netflix or YouTube etc.Then in Feb. 2020, we got a flyer that said Star Communications was going to be available in my neighborhood -- in March of 2020, I started working from home and was so very grateful to have gotten this service at just the right time!Whenever I call or have an issue, they are always so accommodating and friendly and try to fix my issue ASAP, but honestly, I've probably only had to call maybe 3-4 times in the past 3.5 years and every time has been a simple fix except for once when they had to replace my router, but even then, it was a seemless process!Thank you Star Communications for giving top-notch service ALWAYS!!”

“I have to say, I was an employee of UltraCom years ago. What a wonderful place to work.I got a call on my phone this morning, which surprised me as my phone had been taken off an account that I had been on for 20 years. Anyway, I answered it and it was Nicole from UltraCom Wireless New London Store. She had gone above and beyond what is expected of her. She went ahead and informed me that I could put my own account in my own name. She already had some of the paperwork going. Nicole knew of my situation, of being disabled, and that it's not safe for me to be without a phone.
