Mike couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and honest to work, he seems like a genuinely good person.

Recently purchased a Chevy Malibu from Mike at Northport. Great guy, no pressure deals and honest. Car had a few bugs but it's an 11 year old car and he was upfront about everything. It's a great car for my commuter and have logged over 1200 miles on it so far. Will definitely be keeping an eye out on their lot when the need arises for another vehicle.

We bought a 2009 chevy Impala a little over a month ago at Northport Motors. We test drove and it seemed okay. This week we learned that the wheel bearing was shot and that the tie-rod was just hanging there, according to the shop in Platteville, where the car is now. Wheel bearings can go out at any time, I understand that. The mechanic asked if we bought it from an individual or a dealer and if it was a dealer, it never should have passed inspection or left their lot with that tie-rod though. I called Northport Motors today and talked to Mike, who sold it to us. At first, he was pleasant, apologized, and told me to bring it back in and they'd take care of it I informed him that's not an option as it's in Platteville and how could I get it to Northport? He raised his voice and said, "I don't know!" I let him know we are having it fixed in Platteville as we don't have a truck or trailer to haul it, nor the time to spend a whole day doing that. He admitted that they were backed up and moving through a lot of cars and maybe they missed it. Then he went on a rant and started to tell me about a mechanic shop in Waupaca that is dishonest and no one should go there. I informed him that I'm not working with any shops in Waupaca, so why bring that up? And then while he was on a roll, he shouted BIDEN and went on a political rant and started blaming his business problems on the government. I interjected to get him to stop and explained that I didn't call to have any sort of political conversation, or to hear bad feedback about a Waupaca business, but to let him know that we would not be purchasing any more vehicles from his business as the shortcuts that were taken could have led to an injury and are now giving me a financial burden. He hung up on me mid-sentence. So if you need a car for a new teen driver...I don't recommend stopping in Northport.

Great dealer. Probably have our business for as long as he is in business.

Mike had me drive a 230mi round trip to look at a truck he assured me was 'pristine'. Pretended he had never seen the OBVIOUS collision damage on the front, calling it "a little rub" (it wasn't) and that it "will buff out... in fact, probably not." The thing was scratched up, rusted frame, total waste of half a day driving that could have been saved if he had any honesty.Well Mike, to use your words; I didn't see this 1 star rating, its just a little star, it will buff out... in fact, probably not.

Do not EVER go shopping at this place. My wife & I purchased a 2008 Chevy Avalanche from them in 2020 (I had forgotten to post the feedback until now). The truck was mildly expensive & had a lot of miles on it but we decided to take a chance. Big mistake. In 2 years we’ve had to get a new engine. (Among many other things) & other repairs. Needs a lot of electrical work with sensors & what not. Dealer would fix those. It’s not worth buying from them. We regret it everyday.

Really disappointed. Bought a trailblazer awhile back and when I test drove it it seemed great but after buying it I found out it had a LOT of issues including a frozen odometer and so who knows how many miles are actually on it. Now I have over $3,000 worth of repairs on a vehicle I over paid for with unknown miles.EDIT: Just got told by the Chevy dealer it has a blown head gasket and upper engine damage and the repairs exceed the value of the vehicle because it will need a new engine or engine rebuild! If you buy a vehicle here PLEASE be careful with what you buy and bring a scanner tool!

Very accommodating when a couple issues came up with the vehicle I purchased. Made everything right.

Just stopped to look at some SUV's and Trucks. Didn't really talk to anyone who works here. Looks like reasonable prices, unsure of quality

Mike at Northport was more than accommodating to our needs, from time frame and hospitality. Truly is a family ran business, great intentions and trustworthy staff. 10/10
