I have been going to this supper club for 40 years and the meals we had tonight are just as good as they were back 40 years ago. The old Fasioned’s are still awesome. A lot of people are unfairly judging this place because of new owner while the old owners just wanted to sell it and retire. The new owners are doing a fantastic job and keeping the food quality as good as it always has been.Parking: Lots of parking available, nothing to worry about. It’s a country setting.

Great as expected. It is my families supper club of choice in the area. The corned beef and cabbage on st. Patricks day was on point! There was one boisterous and vulger customer there complaining about... not getting an extra piece of chicken? I feel like the staff handled the individual and situation well.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Several handicap spots right up front. No curbs or stairs to navigate around

This was the first time at this supper club. I will touch on service and ambiance after I review the food. I need the readers of this review to understand that this is not for comic relief or over the top, this is as honest as I can be. I ordered the 24oz ribeye cooked medium rare with a mushroom topper, french fries and a balsamic vinegar salad. The salad was ok they make their own dressing. The fries had zero salt or seasoning and honestly tasted like yesterday's fries reheated, i'm sure we all know that taste. I can handle that though. Why do you ask? Because soon I will be faced with a 24oz ribeye steak smothered in mushrooms. Well, I got that steak completely covered with mushrooms so far so good. I picked up my fork, and started with a mouthful of mushrooms. I'm not sure how the cooked these mushrooms but they tasted as if they were boiled in just water no seasoning whatsoever, they had a weird taste almost like straw or hay. I couldn't eat anymore of them and that was after a few honest tries. But I was still excited about my 24oz ribeye, so as I started to uncover the ribeye from mushrooms I noticed that as my fork was scraping the surface of the meat, the sear of the meat was a bit hard I'm not sure how else to explain that experience. However, I was still anxious to cut into this, and let it melt in my mouth. Yeah, the melting in my mouth never happened. Cut after cut, bite after bite was almost impossible to chew and this steak was not seasoned at all. I mean this steak didn't even get any left over seasoning for a prior cook, this is how bad it was. This steak was easily half fat and half of that fat was that tough kind of fat that is impossible to chew. If I had to guess, I'd say this steak was cooked once already and then thrown on the grill/griddle again when ordered. This was the absolute worst steak I've ever had in my entire life. Normally I would send it back and ask for a new cut of meat especially for the price, but I was there my wife celebrating our six year anniversary and I didn't want to embarrass her. So I suffered and chewed through what I could and spit what I couldn't chew out which was almost every bite. When you go to a restaurant, especially a supper club and spend about 50 to 60 bucks on a ribeye steak meal you really expect it to be a decent cut of meat. When we left, my wife asked how my steak was and I told her. She replied with I've seen you eat steak so many times and could tell there was something wrong. I told her I didn't want to embarrass her so I just powered through it and I felt that it was her night and we don't get out much because we have young children and limited childcare. Anyway, on to the service. It's a bit of a weird set up, you take a menu and go sit at the bar until your table is ready which was about 20 minutes. I say weird because 90% of the tables were open when we got in there but that fine, every restaurant got their own thing. The service was ok nothing to write home about, the waitress hit our table a few times asking if we needed anything and how our dinner was. Pretty average and normal. The ambiance was an old fashion supper club with a bar. They had a wine menu but no drink menu and as I said we don't get out much and we aren't big drinkers. My wife wanted a drink but had no clue what to order because this isn't a regular thing for us. But since there was no specials/house drink menu she didn't get an alcoholic beverage. Anyway, my wife order the special of the day, snow crab legs. She said they were ok but she had nowhere to put the spent shells except on the table. You'd think they'd give an extra plate like the rest of the restaurant world but it is what it is. Added note, my ribeye meal was so bad that I have made a decision to never ever order a steak again from a restaurant this meal ruined that for me forever. I could've fed my family of five a steak dinner and enjoyed it buying and cooking it myself along with all the fixings and sides for wh

We gave this place another try with new ownership the food really not that good anymore it really went downhill and the drinks are subpar. The service was really good in the dining room even though it looks like they have a bunch of kids work in there now. I will never go back.

Great food and service. We each had a steak and they were superior and needed no additional seasoning. We went on a Thursday night early and it was very quiet. If you go on a Friday or Saturday expect to wait at the bar for an hour or more but it will be worth it.

Very good experience. It's probably the best ribeye I've had in years. Servings were of good size and nobody had any complaints about their meal. Drinks were fair also. Went there on a week day.

This is an excellent point of interest. Supper clubs of Wisconsin need to hit on so many points to be considered an optimal place. Pine tree hits on all points. Old fashioned’s, martinis a relish try, the prime rib options work great for those that can only eat a small cut. You can also get a massive cut. Brandy Alexander , grasshoppers and pink squirrels are sure to wow you. My daughters are over 10 so they split an order of chicken Alfredo which was finish all the way.Only only down side was the music was a bit loud in the bar area but not awful. My best advice as they are very busy. Make a reservation. You won’t be sorry trying this place.

The service was fantastic! Would recommend the hot shrimp dip. It was amazing. The night our party of 6 was there they had run out of prime rib even though we arrived before 5:45. It was disappointing but the other steaks we had were very good. The shrimp scampi was excellent. The shrimp and scallops in the wine butter sauce was a bit sweet but still very good.

Used to be spot on! So sad....steaks medium were over cooked to well done. Medium rare requesting more to Medium side appeared with blood oozing all over the plate. Sides of pate and cheese were self contained little cups--just different, I guess.

Solid meal and good drinks! The ribeye was a little lean without much flavor but cooked well. Service was good. Worth the trip!

Service is excellent, especially our waitress. She took care of us completely at a table in the bar. Duck dinner was great. Stuffed shrimp was awesome. Thank you!

New owners, new experience. We got there at 5:20 and waited an hour to get our order taken. Then we sat another 35 minutes when the bartender finally asked why we have not been brought back to a table. She went to find out and we were then seated. The bartender was the ONLY good part about this night, she was a rockstar.Sat down and the rolls were wrapped in a paper towel and so hard because they had microwaved them, they stuck to the cheap, very non presentable paper towel, sent those back. There were 3 other tables in the dining room with people at the table. Not full at all!! We waited another 20 minutes for our food. The food finally came, potatoes were cold sent those back. Had no drinks or water the entire meal and nobody came back to see how the meal was. Paid $100 for two people and then the meal was maybe worth half of that. Seems like they are trying to sell high end priced food but doing things the cheapest way possible. The service and wait were horrible and when asked by the owner who checked us out ( after his bartender got him out of the bar) how everything was we told him all these issues. It was very evident that the owner was more interested in what was going on in the bar and if his drink was full than his dining customers. We will not be back and unfortunately will also be sharing this experience. This used to be a favorite spot and it’s to bad, there no pride in a nice experience any more.
