Was scammed $12.99 by the store. Purchased a defective product, attempted to exchange and they refused. I was a frequent customer until today. I will not step foot in a store that doesn't replace defective products.

I have been a loyal customer to this gas station for over 6 years stopping every single morning for cigarettes and everything i need. Shiva the owner knows me and everything but as of today I will never go back to this gas station. The lady that works there once in a while is so rude and pathetic! I went into renew my license plate and she gave me the sticker and registration I went out to the parking lot cleaned my plate off dried it then opened the sticker and the sticker was not sticky at all like it is supposed to be so I walked back in I showed her the sticker and said it's not even sticky like it should be she got an attitude right away and says there's nothing I can do you will have to go to the dmv. She then calls Shiva the owner and tells him a regular customer is in there says the sticker is not sticky but that she told me she can't replace it so Shiva says no we can't unless she wants to pay me extra 3 dollars. Like what you can't do it unless I give you more money even though I already paid for it and the sticker they gave me was not how it should have been then when I said why would I pay 3 extra dollars when you gave me a bad sticker to start with and they say or you can go to DMV. Like if I wanted to do that wouldn't I have just drove to the dmv to start with. So the horrible customer service the horrible attitudes and the greediness of the owner caused them to lose a loyal customer and just gave Travel Plaza a new customer!

My favorite gas station in town. Best prices on vapes. Love the owners. They feel like family. Make you feel like family. Always go out of my way to go here over Kwik Trip if and when I can

Something is not right with the bald man that works there. Paid with a card today had us put a pin in, this man comes running out screaming profanities saying we were stealing gas and the card reader doesn’t work. Maybe he should put a sign on it. Not sure if this place gets a lot of people who steal gas? I had my 2 young children in the car, and they were terrified.

Rude man working refused to let me, a handicapped person, have a stool to sit on to play their slot machines. He was tall and balding. I was insulted with name calling, threats of video which will only reinforce what I say. He told me he didn't need my business and told me to leave. He is not the owner or manager. In the past the owner has provided me a stool to sit on and welcomed the business.

Always friendly courteous service....the proprietor often shows that he wants to help....this has been seen by many, I am quite sure, by many as we are in a short line...great service....check it out.
