Wednesday we went to Appleton USCellular to purchase new phones. The employee in Appleton was not very helpful or informative. Our phones were taking a long time to transfer, he told us all we needed to do was keep our new and old phones together and the transfer would complete on the way home. My husbands transfer did complete before we got to New London, mine just said preparing for transfer, so we stopped at the New London store where Nicole immediately helped me. She said my phone stopped the transfer so she restarted it. Then she advised me that Facebook, Snapchat and my watch may not transfer. We had to leave for a bit so I left my watch with her hoping for the best. Upon return 15 min later she informed me the transfer was complete along with facebook, Snapchat and my watch. She made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Every time I go to the New London store and if Nicole is working she is always super helpful and pleasant. I have been in the NL store quite often lately with my mom with questions about her phone and Nicole will take the time to explain things to her. Nicole is a huge asset to the New London US Cellular store.

Being a card-carrying luddite, I find anything other than Google or email a challenge. Jonathan Bradbury is not only knowledgeable, but polite and patient with someone like me and I very much appreciate him.

HUGE shoutout to Riley at the New London USCellular store. We got there the day before Christmas Eve to set up a new internet account and transfer our cell phone accounts to US Cellular. This store was WAY understaffed, with a constant flow of customers, mostly waiting patiently, and I felt pretty bad for Riley and the amount of pressure he was under, but he stuck to it, focused, and managed to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. Thank you Riley, and have a Merry Christmas. (The 4 stars are all for Riley - the missing 5th star is all on the company for not having adequate staffing.)

Cody and Nicole are the best. I came into the store to upgrade two of my lines and was greeted immediately. The process was easy and any questions I had were answered. I wish there were more stars to rate my experience at the New London store. I recommend anyone looking for wireless cell phone service or other wireless solutions, the New London store is the only place to go for friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.

Nicole went above and beyond helping my family upgrade our phones! She multitasks like a pro and was able to work through any issues in transferring info from phone to phone with ease. This is the first time I left after an upgrade feeling confident that all of our phone’s information was transferred. Since we were upgrading multiple phones we were there a while and during that time she handled all the other customers with ease and remained polite to all of us.

I have to say, I was an employee of UltraCom years ago. What a wonderful place to work.I got a call on my phone this morning, which surprised me as my phone had been taken off an account that I had been on for 20 years. Anyway, I answered it and it was Nicole from UltraCom Wireless New London Store. She had gone above and beyond what is expected of her. She went ahead and informed me that I could put my own account in my own name. She already had some of the paperwork going. Nicole knew of my situation, of being disabled, and that it's not safe for me to be without a phone. Classic bait and switch scam. I signed up for a 40 unlimited plan with a free phone. My bill was closer to 70 and they charged me for the phone.

We have been us cellular customers for years. All of the employees that have been at the new London store have been great. Cody and Nicole work there now and they are super friendly, helpful and patient. Yes, sometimes there's a long wait but that's because certain tasks take a while to complete with phones. They do the best they can to be efficient and professional. We appreciate them very much!

Cody at the New London WI store has helped me choosing a new phone.When I was having problems with the new phone I went to Cody for help.He listened to me, was very patient and very helpful.He treats people with respect, and tries to find the solution to problems.Cody also did a follow up with me to make sure everything was working with my phone.I will not go to anyone else for help.

The New London store is always so slow. I see people wait for so long that they give up and walk out. I have since changed service carrier and am now getting better service. I no longer have to wait. I love my new carrier
