I have to say, I was an employee of UltraCom years ago. What a wonderful place to work.I got a call on my phone this morning, which surprised me as my phone had been taken off an account that I had been on for 20 years. Anyway, I answered it and it was Nicole from UltraCom Wireless New London Store. She had gone above and beyond what is expected of her. She went ahead and informed me that I could put my own account in my own name. She already had some of the paperwork going. Nicole knew of my situation, of being disabled, and that it's not safe for me to be without a phone. The lengths she went to make sure I was back in the waves again is more than what is expected out of anyone!!Thank you so muchNicole andThe whole Team of UltraCom Wireless for taking good care of your customers!Jill G. Classic bait and switch scam. I signed up for a 40 unlimited plan with a free phone. My bill was closer to 70 and they charged me for the phone.

We have been us cellular customers for years. All of the employees that have been at the new London store have been great. Cody and Nicole work there now and they are super friendly, helpful and patient. Yes, sometimes there's a long wait but that's because certain tasks take a while to complete with phones. They do the best they can to be efficient and professional. We appreciate them very much!

Cody at the New London WI store has helped me choosing a new phone.When I was having problems with the new phone I went to Cody for help.He listened to me, was very patient and very helpful.He treats people with respect, and tries to find the solution to problems.Cody also did a follow up with me to make sure everything was working with my phone.I will not go to anyone else for help.

The New London store is always so slow. I see people wait for so long that they give up and walk out. I have since changed service carrier and am now getting better service. I no longer have to wait. I love my new carrier

It was ok. Like all cellular companies they only had one person there and like all other cellular companies they had multiple people. And it usually takes a while for the customer. We waited about 45 min to get helped but the help was very knowledgeable with regards to the questions I had.

The personal at the stores for sure try helping you in every way. Even if things will take a while to get resolved they really push their limits to get the process to speed up fast and accurate.

Cody and Iris are my favorite employees!!! I wasn’t able to download apps for years because my icloud was so badly messed up. They fixed it for me in an hour!!! I’m so happy I can finally get apps again because of them.
