Visited this Verizon to open new lines, but the sales associate and I were on different wavelengths. Tried explaining, got an attitude, and when I suggested setting it up to show him, he said it sounded weird and refused help. Didn't catch his name, but hey, Verizon, is 'Customer Service 101' in your dictionary or is it lost in the wireless signals?

I go to this store for convenience, there's only one guy I like there, Nate. He's very friendly and helpful. I am not sure how knowledgeable they all are. I have bought my phone there and my watch. I had to buy a charge cord for my phone and it works great.

Rob and Joey are miracle workers. They helped me get a replacement phone dealt with faster than anyone at Verizon had in 5 days. They took control and just got it done. They were also very kind, funny, and understanding. I didn’t have to explain things 50 times to them. Give them a raise. Absolutely great guys who know what they’re doing.

I have been in this store many times and I have to say that my favorite employee is Rob. He has always answered any questions, he goes above and beyond in helping me on phone calls and getting the best possible phones, headphone and deals. He was patient and very good with my mom and all her many questions. He is always in a good mood, always polite and a fun guy to be around. Thanx Rob for being and awsome Victra employee ?
