I love this store. Very clean and orderly. Lots of food options in a small space. Prices are low and quality is great! Checkout is easy if you’re okay it’s self checkout.

I never received my order, Aldi did not respond to text messages or email informing them I didn’t receive my order and there is no way to contact the store, or delivery service outside of the email or texts they sent. I will have to dispute the charges.

Have now gone to the new Richmond wi aldi multiple times and have had issues with cranky cashiers. Had one roll her eyes and sigh when interacting with a customer, also had one snip at me when I was trying to move my 2 small children from one cart to another when checking out. Not very child friendly, and it’s already not fun shopping with 3 children under 4 while pregnant.

Limited selections, but the prices are very low. The store brands are surprisingly good.
