“If you’re looking for an honest and reliable shop this is the place I would go. They are automotive specialists and very good at trouble shooting problems. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Initially I thought they were more of a tire shop but they do it all. I have had multiple vehicles worked on there and never had to bring anything back and always felt like the pricing was fair.”

“I brought my car in to RMF auto because I needed an oil change and I recently found that my exhaust system had a problem. I have just moved to New Richmond so I did not know who in town was a quality shop. I decided on RMF because they were close. When I brought my car in they gave me an estimate. Told me they would replace a pipe in my exhaust and change my oil. They came out a bit cheaper than the estimate. My car was completed the same day. Quality repair and quality people. If needed I will use RMF Auto Service for any car repairs!”
“My car was making a noise that I couldn’t identify. It was a Sunday and no shops were available to look at my car. My husband brought it to Express Lube hoping that someone there could give him advice, and they did. They told him to park the car immediately, until it can be fixed. They suspected the water pump. (they were right) When I brought my car to the shop on Monday, there were a number of other things that needed immediate attention. My shop said had I continued to drive it, I could have blown my motor.
Thanks to the great advice from Rick and his coworker, I saved myself quite a bit of money and trouble.

“Had issues with my muffler falling down. A local dealership and family member recommended this place. Brought it over, he took a peek, Had an estimate next day for me. Brought it in a week later(with a heads up for him because of my schedule) in the morning. Ran some errands and hung out with family member for a few hours. Before I knew it i got a text saying it was done and ready. Now my muffler isn't hanging and quiet! Super easy to work with. Knew exactly how to fix. Great price! Even sells awesome other goods. Has two furry friend helpers with him who are friendly and excited to meet people. I highly recommend!”
