“I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts (in New Richmond, WI) for the first time today and was very impressed. As soon as I walked in the door, employees welcomed me and offered me assistance. They helped me find the windshield wipers I was looking for and even installed them for me for free! My entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to enroll me in a free rewards program that provided me with a 1 year warranty on my windshield wipers. I will definitely go back the next time I need parts for my car. Of note, they also offer a military discount. I have an extra appreciation for any business that helps support the troops!”
