I had two separate frustrating experiences at separate Bob and Steve locations today. The first location (somerset) I made a purchase to get cash back, explained that to the cashier before swiping my card that I need a cash back, and he said he didn't know how to do it but I could try. I punched my PIN number and my receipt is printing, no option for cash back. The only thing the cashier said was " yeah somebody else asked me how to do that and I didn't know what to tell him either". I ended up having to pay the ATM fee, which I would have done in the first place and not wasted the $4 on a snack I didn't need.Second location, in New Richmond. I went to get gas using my mobile wallet and the pump says cashier. I head inside, wait in line for five minutes only to have the cashier say " oh sorry, our tap to pays don't really work at the pump." I left and went to Kwik trip. Maybe a sign dorI don't know who the heck Bob and Steve are, but they might want to consider training their cashiers and adding a sign to their pump instead of wasting people's time

I bought Vuse pods on sale for $4.99 a piece. The cashier was new and learning. He rung me up for them full price on accident, I paid without realizing: I noticed before leaving the building and they tried to give me a refund. They were unable to, so asked me to come in the next day for manager Kayla to do it. Kayla was so kind and it was so easy to get a refund! Very professional place, I will be returning!

I went to this store 2 days ago to pick up an energy drink and energy bar and some wiper fluid. When I got to the counter the bill was $17. When I looked at the price the clerk told me that the wiper fluid was $6.79 and it was a normal price and that it should be considered a convenience fee. I told him it was ridiculous and his response was that everybody else charges the same. I left the store and went directly to Kwiktrip where I found the exact same bottle for $3.79.The outrageous prices and rude staff at BP have induced me to write this review and I assure you I will never return to this store.

Despite it being the state wide law they are not requiring masks and arent asking anyone to put them on. Do not go here if you are high risk.

Kelly Bryant decided to tell me that Deb Hebert got fired for stealing money off a credit card left at the store @ 227 N. Knowles. Then I happened to see Deb Hebert @ another BP. The next day I get a message from Kelly Bryant as follows: "Did you tell Deb that I said she got fired". Obviously I told Kelly no because I had not said anything to Deb about her being fired. Then Kelly writes in messenger as follows: "She called Kristen and said I told you what happen". I am, by this time, irate, so I waited at the store for Kristen, the Manager to show up. When she arrived I stepped outside and told her "I'm ready to talk". She completely blew me off and would not hear my complaints. I told her I will be contacting Corporate. She said I was not allowed back on the property. Ha ha! As if I would ever go back there! She thinks she trespassed me without the police being involved. Not too smart, ha? Do yourself a solid and DO NOT ever go to this place because people will steal from you and lie on you.

I've been going to this store since it opened, I stop once a day, sometimes twice a day. lately the morning clerk wants to scan my ID to purchase tobacco products. Apparently she can't read a birth date or maybe has trouble with math. The liquor store don't ask to scan my identification. I don't feel comfortable with this scanning thing. I'll be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Cashier named Bob is rude. Rolled his eyes because I walked in the door. I had to greet him and say have a good night and he still didn't even look at me or say a word once to me

No ethanol/non-oxygenated available by selecting premium and pay-at-the-pump. All you need when out motoring around on 2 wheels.
